C-cex appears to be in some hot water legally, i recommend all of you to withdrawal your BTC and other coins from that exchange as quickly as possible. Some have been saying that the site is accessible via VPN. I personally am unable to connect to the site.
Cryptopia would be the ideal exchange to get on. Masternodes galore on that exchange, and the volume is really great. I figure its extremely expensive to get listed there though.
Ok, never mind I saw your reply to Dave_BBP, and read the last 10 pages:
Hi Dave, check the C-cex page on bitcointalk forum.
My intent is not to fud, I just want people to be safe, than sorry.
""The situation has been developing on that thread - at the last 10 pages or "so."

Whew, I thought you were pointing out some pending lawsuit against c-cex that would certainly or potentially be shutting them down.
So after reading all that about ccex losing the private keys to the XVG cold wallet, and hence losing all the funds, and hence offering an alternative ticker for XVG refunds at only half the price, I see customer service issues and a practice possibly without going the extra mile, but didnt see anything about a pending lawsuit, an international violation, or anything claiming that they risk "dissapearing" or being in "Hot Water Legally".
So in summary it appears at this point in time, a lot of customers are very mad. Although, please, lets keep monitoring this, and if there is an indication they may go under, we need to let everyone know.
I agree we need more exchanges and more diversification so we can offer higher security reliability and liquidity.
