it is still at 70% and yes it is huge but on the other hand good to make fast money

asking for big dump after ico. 70% is almost 100% the difference is 30% . So if you can compromise 30% from profiting 2x from investment. Its a very good offer.

70% is huge and for sure there will be people that are going to buy to make fast money. But taking into account the dates of the project I think that most of the investors are not thinking in making fast money with this one.

That's also a fact.. and in the end the goal is to get the project funded.. in the longer run everyone who will use and invest in this project will be able to have good returns.

Actually, investors will not invest if they are not interested in the project and obviously this will go a long way because, it is the people that will benefit with this ideas. This project is something that we all need to agree.  

Well, i am not so sure about that, i see that investors are quite often tempted by huge bonuses even thou they dont know much details about the project they are investing in. Thats also the point of those bonuses to lure as many as they can.

True, regardless of where or what system applied, there will always be individualistic and capitalist people, but we can not blame them. But focusing on Ehealth, the decentralization of the service that requires the use of tokens gives the holders power, to insure these tokens for later marketing them in need of use, is much wiser

There was in a different thread talk about a committee hearing about cryptocurrencies. I looked it up, there will be more rules for ICO, but I don't fully understand. Like you need to register your project in the US if Americans touch the tokens, how can you prevent something like that? You cannot stop people from moving tokens. Practically means you need to register no matter where your you operate from. Is that right?

I guess the SEC is also unclear on how to go about it right now but is loathe to interfere too much. Any form of IPOs or ICOs are considered securities by SEC and thereby necessitating registration with the SEC/FCTC. For that reason, most ICOs right now try to skirt around the issue by not allowing US citizens to participate. In a few weeks, I think we will see clearly how they plan to regulate it.

Thats pretty bad because USD has the biggest share of bitcoin right now, but not really far from JPY.

It might've also saved bitcoin from crashing by not banning ICOs or cryptos outright. Some are even saying that by doing so it has ensured US supremacy over technology for the next century. I don't know about that...but I think we will see more regulations in the immediate future. Not like the strangling that Indian govt seems to be into but a more ' do no harm' type of regulation that will level the playing field for both investors and innovators.
