Read the room. You are well hated. So does it matter whether this proposal gets approved or not?
Yes you should vote for the plan, it matters. If you go read the proposal you will see a listing of estimated recoveries they expect to get that total several million dollars on top of the cash they have on hand right now. The company had a 3 million dollar insurance policy for example. They are also in the process of suing Cypherdoc to recover 3000 BTC plus a few other things. What about ICEBREAKER... is he being sued? Doesn't he have some BTC in his hot little shill mitts? No, as far as I can tell Icebreaker is just a nobody with a big mouth who was paid a mediocre salary and nothing else. He filed a outrageous claim that he is owed a large amount of money and that probably will be disputed since there is no factual basis for it.

Read the room. You are well hated.
Your appeal to popularity is duly noted. I prefer being correct and hated by The Village to being wrong and accepted by the groupthinkers.

Not reading the room. Well and surely hated you are. iCEBREAKER can live in his broken reality but the fact that some US legal representative(s) do not see how the economics of Bitcoin works doesn't mean that what their ruling is right and just.
Fact is there hasn't been a single decision from any court yet dealing with the issues of Hashfast's promise of refunds, or the legality of Hashfast's shady business practices. Icebreaker seems to think so. Did I misread that? No, you read what he wrote correctly; he is miss informed or misrepresenting what has happened so far to mean something it does not. Like he has been doing all the time. Now when are we gonna get our 0.001% back? More and more hate on you. So well hated that no matter what random page I pick. There you are being hated on. There you go again sirtrollsalot being hated on... yet again. It's not that "simple" but we understand that it may appear so to your simple minds.
Oh, but it is that simple. A year ago they had a decent plan, but they just couldn't finish it. Now it's just a power hungry, obsolete, uncompetitive product. The fact is that HF is finished. It's over. Accept it and move on.

You sure did spend a lot of time and effort begging for HF's "power hungry, obsolete, uncompetitive product" before your Wasp fantasy was debunked as a go-nowhere fake-charity scam. BTW, HF's "power hungry, obsolete, uncompetitive product" is still powering Icedrill's mines, which are in turn still paying me dividends.

Icedrill didn't pay any me any dividends in 2014. Good luck with your Internet Tax Attorney concern trolling in the next tax year. But we're getting off topic. Let's go back to discussing how great the "let's sue a struggling start-up for more money than they have" strategy turned out. Result: instead of paying refunds, we've been paying a cast of ~20 lawyers to dance around and waste HF's last remaining bit of capital. It's so adorable people thought a couple of Saul Goodman type ambulance chasers with no case had a chance against the Chicago Boyz at Katten.

Where did this phrase "such a good deal" come from? I never used those words. Did you pull them out of your, umm, hat? My point was Icedrill is still mining and paying dividends despite their monumental difficulties, unlike everyone's former heroes ASICminer and Cointerra. But we're getting off topic. Laugh all you want, but scammers like HF who attracted a lot Bitcoins to fund their hype-product-preorder-scam-dump-the-bitcoins-and-run have not done any good for Bitcoin as a whole. The fact that you took significant part in this and still consider yourself to be right all the time means you have absolutely no remorse or moral code. " HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s" Did the HashFash ASIC meet the 400GH/s spec? Yes. Some could even be overclocked. Icedrill's are still mining. The bankruptcy is proceeding and nobody ran off to Thailand, unlike a certain popular scam you were defending until it was too late.

Icedrill's are still mining. what you are not correctly reporting is that from the first batches of machines, most of the chips underperformed. The yield was horrible and the lack of a good firmware to deal with all the errors meant most systems ran crippled. Further more, most assembled units have failed by now and need new coolers. The bankruptcy is proceeding and nobody ran off to Thailand, unlike a certain popular scam you were defending until it was too late.
None of the Baby Jet orders and Sierra orders were fulfilled: we got a few units but never the MPP we paid for (and yes, in the case of the Sierras one paid extra, it doubled the price) None of the upgrade kits for the Baby Jets ever shipped That was long long before there was even talk of bankruptcy proceedings. iCEBREAKER, stop spreading partial untruths in the hope you can re-write history, it's well documented what happened and in what order. You are a liar and actively participated in this fiasco, that is a truth everybody can spot from a mile away.

I think most of the shady crappy people here are jealous of cyperdoc, deep down, all they wanted was more money anyways... So true! The only reason to buy an ASIC is because you want leveraged exposure to the price of BTC. These spoiled whining brats are shifting undue blame onto HF because 1) they risked more than they could afford to lose 2) they believed in the myth of windfall "refunds" paid from "secret escrow" accounts 3) they can't handle the fact the price of BTC went down from the $1200 ATH instead of up, and their desired leverage backfired It's like they've never before heard of a high-tech start-up's ambitious first product having birthing pains. What green-horned noobs! They had their chance to prove in court HF was a scam. They failed, and so tried changing the venue to some sort of moralistic 20/20 hindsight-based online tribunal. They can't even get their facts correct, and repeat lies about how HF "never shipped BJ upgrade kits" nor any Sierras. Now they want to steal cypher's coins. What a bunch of losers.

You are a liar and actively participated in this fiasco, that is a truth everybody can spot from a mile away. I don't know what rock you live under, but the substrate contractor that made multiple revisions was less than intelligent, however management kept using him instead of replacing him until last revision(which didn't even happen if memory serves) All the problems they had were due to crappy work and the shituation we are in is due to them trying to remake new/better revisions and just creating more problems... basically throwing our money away. Of all the boards shipped and sierras shipped, i would assume around 90% failed due to power supply/damage from it going, the rest due to faulty board design, i can't image many boards are functional at this point. The chips are just fine, they been proven to work on actual boards that were designed by someone with actual intelligence. The problem with this fine group of people is this... they had no idea what they were getting into, they did not do their due diligence and track the problems as they were occuring... i know only probably half here knew about the revision issues until they were told people here... and even then they were like "hashfast shill lies... are you eduardo? should i lay off the drugs? How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" Instead of... "oh my god, get that fucktard out of there... lets band together and make sure this shit gets straightened out"... NOPE, lets make a petition to liquidate assets to just recoup a single percent of what we paid(intelligence at its finest) If that... The illuminati conspiracy crackheads here will never fully understand just how bad they fucked up... i can tell them all day long, it won't matter
