HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s

We expect to start shipping MPP in June, 2014.

'expect' 'to start' - translation: You will get MPP in July 2014 if you are lucky (and HF still exists)

That means it will likely take at least 11 months before my Aug 9 2013 order is finally complete and delivered.

...There was one other company that pulled a similar trick on me... what was it.. oh yeah BFL.

You buy a Baby Jet for 50 BTC, and we ship it on October 25th.  January 23, 2014 comes and goes, and it turns out that at the Baby Jet’s nominal hashrate, it would only have generated 25 BTC during that 90 day period.  Calculated out, it would have taken an additional 400 Ghash/s of capacity shipped with your Baby Jet on October 25, 2013 to generate 50 BTC. We can’t go back in time to give you that 400Ghash/s. Instead, HashFast will double that and give you 800 Ghash/s in additional capacity ... in July 2014

Again, the MPP is completely deceptive since it suggested the additional capacity would be granted directly after the the 90 day MPP window in order to give the customer a chance to achieve ROI (that is the protection part). MPP in June (or more likely July) is no protection at all.

I can no longer call them BFL 2.0. Not even BFL dared to ship new orders before old orders were sent (at least not open and blatently) .  HF deserves to just be called Hashfast, the worst of all insults.

I'm not renowned for giving 2nd chances, so if it's not here on 1st april, i'll be on the phone to them to get my money back.
still, if it does ship and I have a tracking number, i'll be more than happy to commit to my side of the contract and accept the rig.

I'm out of this game, but you guys with batch 2/3/4/upgrade/mpp should DEMAND THE ASICs from HF and build your own production line.

It's your only way out of those criminals.

PM me with how many ASICs HF owns you and what capital you would be able to invest in this production line if you are interested. I will keep the details of each user confidential and publish a grand total.

I hate to impose my opinion, but this is the only way out that doesn't involve a legal action against shell companies.

They say they will refund my money in the way they receive , they said this since January,

They dont tell in which querie i am, they dont answer specefic datums or in which week they send a refund.

They just like a automatic mother fckers that answer always the same.

I am waiting now almost 3 months for my 7000 usd, they not reacting, not e-mailing, not pick their phone.

WTF must i do???  The ones that want to ask for their refund now, can wait another 5 months before they refund or you will never see your money again.

Obvisually hashfast couldnt give a shit if miners make an ROI or not and clearly lied when they said we would get MPP after 90days starting from original delivery date. This I think is clear grouds for a lawsuit. They sent emails stating exactly that counting would start from the end of october for 90 days. I am sure a court would find that 5 months after the promised date when we get the MPP is not a reasonable time frame.

Clarification: whatever amount you propose to pay for the production of your board is approximative only.
We have to:

1) Reach a good number of ASICs
2) Contact HF/my lawyer to get the (licensed) schematics of the board along with the promise of the ASICs
3) Get a real figure for the production costs with the schematics of the board in hand
4) Collect the capital
5) Start the production

I know this is off topic but i hope that hashfast reads this forum, i would just like to thank them for completely destroying what i had. so far i lost my business due to me investing into them and using my savings, lost my house due to losing my business and now having to stay at a friends house in order to pick up my life and start over.
I have tried contacting them via phone and e-mail, but keep getting the same bs.
this cant go on! their ruining lives!

How many Sierras did you buy to put you in that much debt and lose your business?  Sorry for your loss too.  I'm waiting for a few upgrade kits atm and lost a good amount as well.

only the 1, but if they had delivered on time it would have been an estimation of £3000 - £4000 a month return, spent $7,576.50 on the unit which would have kept the business going for approx 7.5 months without any income, i had $10,000 savings, after investing into hashfast it left me with just $2423.50 (at the time was approx £1500) which i have managed to make last for nearly 5 month's, but after Christmas sale's start getting quieter and most people are out when its sunny instead of in on the pc's or consoles which is what i use to sell/repair. im still doing it at my mates place until i hear from the many places i have sent my cv out to.

Same here bro. Waiting since January and getting the same crap.

We are waiting until the end of this month and then we open up teh case with our solicitor. There are few people in UK who have not received their refunds yet.

Taking that difficulty assuming 60% monthly based upon historic average increasing.



And assuming if June 1st, it probably be right at the end of June, like June 31, so realistically if I take July difficulty numbers.



So basically nothing, Yay I spent 280 BTC on 5 Hashfasts, and now what I get under $4K?

There is now way for the difficulty to hit 20 billion in June, but yes ScamFast is just another fail company. From now on it's a "who has it bigger" race between lawyers so choose yours carefully.
