Most people I have seen sell off their coins as a result of panic, fear, or whatever, usually end up regretting doing so. It is always that after they sell their coins, there is usually a bullish trend in the market, causing them to regret their actions. This is why the gospel of patience is forever preached on these streets. If you do not want to regret selling off your coins after a while, don't sell. Hodl them.

I agree, it's better to hold than losing everything. And it would really take some time to decide wether to hold or sell it, imagine how much it hurts but we know and we believe that someday everything will be okay.

you have a  strange reason because during strong hold you also can lose everything. For example, the centrabet had a good price for the coin, and then it scammed and the price now is around zero. How did the holding help not to lose money?

I think that the best thing that anyone could do for themselves at this point is to Hodl their coins and not sell. I know that it might not really be an easy thing for so many, as they might be scared or worried, but it really is the best thing to do at this point. Soon all of this will be over and we will see some bullish trend once more, but if you sell your coins now, you will miss out on that.

I'm really disappointed with myself now because of Verge. Way back June 2017, I bought $200 worth of XVG and I sold it last week a day before the pump happened. It could be worth more than $5k now if I just HODL. Well, I need to move on and learn from this mistakes. This will be a lesson for me to have patience and wait for the right time to sell my coins. The reason why I sold it was because I need more funds to buy another coin. I'm happy with the coin I bought because I can now see that it is now starting to pump. Maybe, I'm just half disappointed every time I'm seeing the current value of Verge. I bought some XVG again and will surely hold it this time. I hope that this experience of mine can be a good example for everyone especially the newbies in this community.

forget about the past, look forward and try to change everything about yourself now, if you didnt able to hold for a long time before, then try to become more patient now. if you see any potential to your holdings, hold it still, until its price will pump.

This year the hold does not work at all. maybe if now buy and forget for a few years then yes. but taking into account the fact that these money do not touch at all. and then the situation in life is different and tomorrow may be needed.
