It is really complicated to the ordinary people who really do not have any knowledge in bitcoin or crypto currencies, why did I say so? It is because even me I experienced that, I find it hard to explain to my friends and my family on how cryptos really works and how they can be benefited with this.

I don't think Bitcoin is complicated for anyone. Do we know all the metrics behind a paper note? do we know every tech used to mine an ounce of gold? - no, we don't, we just use them.

we can use bitcoin as money without digging tech-deep. we can take it as just another instrument of investment - where is the complexity then?

I don't think that it is too complicated for ordinary folks or people like me,
When I first found out about bitcoin it really hits my interest and we could use it without knowing how to mine it we just need to learn the basics on how to use it.

It's too complicated if you study much deeper about. All the terminologies like sharding, BIP , and fork are all connected to programming which is not really suited for people like us that only knows how to click and type on the internet.

In my experience with other people, understanding bitcoin and how it works depends on the person's interest. I think below average people can still understand this technology if they are eager enough to try. If people have no interest then even how intelligent you are you wont understand how it works even if you will try. But if you are asking how difficult it is to understand the system then my answer is that average people can understand how bitcoin works.

In my opinion it's not complicated at all. everything can be learned. So far I (not knowing at all about bitcoin and crypto) have never experienced any meaningful problems, all I can handle (even with the help of others).

I guess so, bitcoin is a bit complicated for ordinary folks specially to the non-tech-savvy people who don't have knowledge about what bitcoin is. In my case, I even asked my brother to create me a wallet and bought bitcoins for me, in time, and with enough study and research, i understand now how it works. We should promote it and spread awareness to people so that more will become interested to join the bitcoin community.

That's for sure, Bitcoin is not something easy to conceive, especially for ordinary people. The majority of people, at present, depends on social media as the main source of information. Regarding Bitcoin, social media hasn't played a positive role in introducing the real fact about Bitcoin, except some of them, of course.

Hello everybody. A person is born can not do anything. Therefore, if you make a little effort to study this topic, everything becomes not so difficult. I'm very interested in the topic of Bitcoin, every day I learn something new. The only thing I'm sure of is that the development of the crypto-currency market is in full swing, and even a novice can make money here.

I believe what you said was right. Its hard to begin in something you don't have any knowledge in. It applies to everywhere. I mean there's a forum here where you can learn about the stuffs happenig here in the industry but it's better if you have some experienced and well versed people who can guide you through it. And in time you will learn it. It takes quite a reading but it's all worth a go

Yes it is, at first also I find it hard to understand what is going on and how I can earn through bitcoin doing it online. I mean if you have no idea of bitcoin it is realy hard to understand. Not all of us is really clever and fast learner. Especially if you are a person who is not really into technology.

In the mainstream a lot of people focus on the price of bitcoin, they know about high gains and the price crashing 10% daily, however they don’t really understand the blockchain technology or BTC being used as a currency.

sure the tech behind btc is complicated but in the end of the day its just currency. if people can understand fiat enough to be able to use it then i dont see why the same logic cannot be applied to btc

I does not agree with you if just buying and selling of btc or eth might be easy but not forgetting there are many exchanges available in the market newbies might be confused on centralise dencentralise exchanges and different types of wallets available in the market.

In my case I'm still learning more about bitcoin. For those who are just new on this YES it is complicated but it just like you are studying in a school process by process you will understand all the essential parts of it. Bitcoin is a complicated thing but if you have time to learn about it then you will know all the things that you should know on it. Just like investing, you need to invest a lot of time and patience in learning the bitcoin works.

I'd say it is not so complicated, but it is scary. And there is a reason for that, because of so much fraud and scam in this field, and also because there are no guarantees nor other investment safety circuitbrakers here. On the other hand it is quite a special thing, that is not meant to be used by an old lady for buying carrots in a grocery.

I think my bitcoin experience is somewhat complicated for ordinary people or new users, because it needs a detailed knowledge to understand about the actual bitcoin.

With mainstream media still taking an interest in Bitcoin, do you think we have lost perspective of what is important, and are there to much focus on price? or do you think we will find back to the possibility of bitcoin and blockchain?
For inspiration i included my article on the matter
https://cryptoms.online/2018/01/30/is-bitcoin-too-complicated-for-ordinary-folks/

I think the problem of Bitcoin is seen as an investment asset instead of a currency. Using it as a currency is still expensive and It's still slow. For the mainstream blockchain technology might be too complicated, and the focus is mainly on the high price bitcoin reached. It will take a while before Bitcoin is used as a currency. so, we will see the future technology.
