In fact, I like the ideology of bitcoin and crypto currency in general. I'm an anarchist by nature. But I like that there is an alternative means of circulation, to which the authorities can not exert a direct influence. And as for the rule of law, the authorities will not be able to limit this and to centralize the decentralized system.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

In our country, bitcoin is trying to be regulated by law. The Ministry of Finance has presented the project. I think legal regulation is the only way out in this situation.

it is undoubtedly necessary to control what people are doing with money, since sometimes they finance terrorist organizations, buy drugs and weapons, and such cases need to be prevented.

I think it depends on the country you are in. Each country has a different policy on bitcoin and there is nothing we can change about it. In some countries, bitcoin is still in a gray area like 3 countries that still need to consider bitcoin as a threat or they can manage it into active income for taxation.

Indeed, for now Bitcoin has not been fully legarized in some countries, although there are also countries that fully use this currency to make transactions, and for law enforcement or governmental institutions it should try and start learning how the system works.

Depending on where and how you utilize bitcoin, it is important to remain up-to-date on the latest regulations concerning the digital currency. As laws change across borders, governing bodies and, increasingly, as the platform gains popularity, questions about bitcoin’s legality will continue to be raised

Yes the company and management of bitcoin is one hundred percent (100%) legal company who offers a risk free services and accredited by the national government; so all transactions they have are safe and free from all kinds of scam.

In Belarus, for example, you can trade cryptocurrency on exchange, change for money, buy, but cryptocurrency is not payment. You can't buy anything for bitcoin. Although it would be nice to take experience from Japan where it's all absolutely legal.

Bitcoin is legal in some countries and illegal in some.
So it depends from the country.
But I think crypto will be the next big thing, and it will be legal everywhere.

I don't think that Bitcoin is illegal in any coutry. It is not yet regulated in most countries yet. Maybe some countries will make it illegal in near future but I doubt it.

Nothing depends on us. It will be legal until it is profitable for someone. And illegal, when someone starts to interfere. But I think the second option is unlikely to take place. The maximum is some kind of control. In the meantime, enjoy freedom))

In most countries, bitcoin is still in a so-called gray zone, when state authorities have not yet decided how to treat bitcoin and other crypto currency, and therefore, on the one hand, there is no recognition and regulation, and on the other, there is no restriction or prohibition of crypto currency. Apparently, this will be one of the best times for users and investors of crypto-currencies. Even Japan has now set taxes from the profit of the crypto currency in the amount of 15 to 55 percent.

I see that there are rainbows in different countries so that bitcoin or other crypto currencies look beautiful in color according to the place, meaning law and policy may differ in response to bitcoin, but I think there is one similarity that indirectly have received bitcoin in various the state of this is seen from the citizens of a country who joined and transacted the world crypto currency even though its government regulation has not yet legalized legally. Such user activity I think is a strong evidence of indirect acceptance. regardless of which it can affect is the personal interests of an impartial government.

That will depend on who's answering the question. IMO, everyone in this community believe in it making it legal for us. Some high profile persons out there still believe it's nothing but a scam. To me their opinion doesn't matter as institutional money has join the race. No matter where one is, even in those so called red zone countries, some people still believe in the coin.
