Bitcoin is illegal in any country. because I call it Future Money, but there are some countries that it does not allow because it can be used badly. such as payment from a computer transaction, but it is being deducted from a country but I see that it is a good thing for a lot. because it literally works online

Yes, it all depends on the government policy where we are. Of course also it is related to the regulations in a country. As long as bitcoin is used as a positive activity, does not violate the rules and is not an activity that refers to criminality, I consider it legal.

legal in France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea and other countries, but many others banned bitcoin without good reason of that, nowadays it is legal only in countries that allowed it to be legal

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

Actually bitcoin become legal to many countries because of exchangers like coinbase, coins.ph and etc. that requires KYC(know your customer). This exchangers is legit because it is registered and has a business liscensed on specific country. That's why goverments have an idea to legalize bitcoin because they can control exchangers through tax and some other business fee.

I think bitcoin does not offend any law of this world. Im sure there are some countrys or gouverments who has forbidd another currency in their country. And the past weeks you read some news about binary codes which are entered forever in the bitcoin blockchain who has some ilegal stuff in it. This code are called cryptograffitis. Those codes could be dangerous for bitcoin, because they can have ilegal stuff in it which are offend against laws of many countrys.

Very few countries accept Bitcoin and accept it as generic. In countries where Bitcoin is prohibited, if you use or own it, you will be violating the law. There are many reasons why Bitcoin is banned and is considered illegal because it is used to carry out illegal transactions.

In general yes it is, there is nothing illegal in bitcoin. But it should be mentioned that very often it is used for illegal activities, as any asset I guess and it is difficult from the side of governments to control transactions, so some of them just proclaimed it illegal, to make their own lives easier.

Over time, bitcoin is legalized in many countries. When governments understand that it can benefit them, they will take on bitcoin. There will be laws that will regulate crypto-currencies. As long as most countries in the world do not prohibit bitcoin, because they do not see a threat in themselves.

Yes, I think you are right, the rules in each country are different. There are countries that prohibit and there are countries that allow to use them. In my country for bitcoin and cryptocurrency there is no rule yet, so it can still be used in my country and already some big companies in my country run ICO in bitcointalk forum. My hopes of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are legal in my country.

Yes, that's true.
The legality of bitcoin activity will depend on countries whose governments are willing to review repeatedly about BItcoin.
Not only judging from the negative side only. The government that legalizes Bitcoin will certainly provide the best facilities for the community and fully support, making it easier for Bitcoin users to make transactions.

Bitcoin is the legal in US as far as I am concern. China didn't ban Bitcoin, They just ban any capital outflow, public sale of ICO, and ban crypto mining who misused government subsidy and stealing electricity for mining.
India only ban banks dealing with bitcoins. So there are still a lot grey area which central governments still unsure how to understand or regulate it.

Obviously, some countries taking the 'easy way' out now by set total ban on Bitcoin,
