N.D.A. - if these chips are the prototype/sample chips he would almost certainly not be able to disclose receipt of them due to N.D.A.

What possible reason would Ken have to say "other hashing resources" rather than mention the actual miners he developed if these are, in fact, the eAsic miners?

Sparky is correct. The NDA bars Ken from talking directly about the 28nm technology. In my opinion the inclusion of "other hashing resources" was throwing us far-from-subtle bone.

I submitted the documents to weexchange for verification on 27th, however, it is still unverified and the verification is processing now. So how should I do? Will bitfunder consider my verification several days later when the verification is done?

The question is, do you want to stay on Bitfunder anyways? You likely won't have another chance to directly transfer your shares out for free unless Bitfunder closes for good, and it is my understanding most ActM stockholders are not keeping them there (I don't know this for sure though). So if people want to get out after the transfer period, they are going to have to be selling to an ever-decreasing set of people. I think trading on the new exchange is going to be better, that's why I transferred.

What's getting me upset (not really, but still) is that you can't withdraw less than .1 from Bitfunder. So much for that dividend I guess =/

Agreed.  While there is no way to have this confirmed and we are purely speculating, the clever use of phrasing demonstrates how all these weeks and months of silence from Ken as to our development is certainly down to restrictions imposed upon him by the NDA.

It feels like we have just turned onto the home straight and should be excited about developments in the coming weeks.

I don't know what I should do at present. Actually, we have 6 more days buffer time as KEN accept the share transfer before Nov. 6th. So I will wait for those days and see whether my account can be verified on weexchange. If verified, at least I can trade other assets on bitfunder and withdraw from it. If not, the only chance is to transfer to KEN, right? I bought more ActM shares using the dividends.

After transfer to KEN, we get direct shares, right?

Sample chips do fit into the timeline that someone threw up a few weeks ago (that they should be arriving either this or last week). If they are in fact sample chips, and there is no reason that they shouldn't be, then we are completely on track and could be shipping orders as early as late november to early December making us 2nd or 3rd to market with 28nm chips (depending on if HashFast gets more delayed).

So are we going to take a vote? Do we think crumbs is going to still be hanging around when Active proves its success, tell us its still going to fail some time? Or is he just going to log out one day, never to come back.

To be fair Crumbs is basically part of the furniture now... like that ugly old chair your grandmother gave you which is all tatty and stinks, but you can't get rid of it incase your gran visits...
