Or it could be one of the early investors returning from having sold up a few NEO shares.

Only amateurs are going to put up buy orders at this stage with this stocks background.

It would ignite the touch paper and cause a bidding war. They will wait till the shares are live and instant execute their orders. It might take a few mins or it might take a few hours but these Troll plus many other wide-ranging investors will be moping up everything below the previous market high (0.007) and higher absolutely no-doubt.

The big question for the Trolls is - will they get their orders in at a good price before the serious investors sweep up everything on the table?

You better be quick Trolls. The big boys are coming and your little 50BTC orders are not going to get you many shares with prices ranging above 0.004.

Sure, there's a Ken Slaughter in MO.  There's lots of people there.  Are you sure you're dealing with them just 'coz they exist?

1) It wasn't Ken who de-invited me to the dinner is was another investor. I have been personally invited by Ken to visit as have a few people.
2) I have his home address, I am aware of many of his family members, I know his business history, I have spoken to him on the phone, I have asked someone who works close to him to check him and the business out. Nothing atall scamy about Mr Slaughter.

This is quite clearly not a scam anyone who really thinks that is insane. A scammer does not pay out $500k+ in dividends.

It's worth noting, if I'm not mistaken, that Ken bought these machines out of his own pocket.  

Yes the ones that have generated $500,000.  We didn't buy them, he did.  

I think some people blame Ken for the Avalon chips fiasco as well.  The one major development that should have happened but didn't which was totally out of Ken's control.

Using 'scam' at this stage is TOTALLY insane.

This is the BTC address you gave when you created your BF account. BF stated it can't be used to withdraw to, but it's the one listed in the public list of BF assets next to your shares count. It's not in the BF options any more. If you didn't label it in your wallet as BF public address there could be other options:
1) Search for backups of the BF public list - some people were keeping regular backups of it. Then search the list based on the amount of ActM shares you have. Hopefully you'll find one or few matching addresses and one of them should be yours and hopefully it's one you can sign with.
2) Another option is to contact Ukyo from Bitfunder to tell you the address. Maybe you can find him in IRC - last few weeks he's not answering much to any other kind of communication.
3) If you can't find the address or this is not an address you can sign with the only option is to ask Ken - he's the only one who can help you if options 1) and 2) doesn't work for you.

just as i cant dispute the color of the sky with someone who is colorblind, i dont care to really engage you in any kind of arguement.  i dont think activemining is a scam.  i just think that Ken shoulda/coulda/woulda (insert criticism here).  I have nothing new to bring to the table, and neither does anyone else.  Ken is apparently the only one that can, and (contrary to some shareholders' belief) since he isnt a miracle man we just have to wait for the stars to align and the hard work to pay off.  i am content with waiting because my financial exposure in ActiveMining is very limited compared to what it once was.

If you didn't transferred your shares before those were automatically transferred your address should be one of the addresses there.

The one that you questioned is the only one that might need clarification:

If I remember about 3 mill shares were sold at 0.001 and just under 7 mill at 0.0025? At that time btc was ranging from 75-95usd. Let's assume Ken converted at 85usd.

3m x 0.001 = 3000 btc
6.8m x 0.0025 = 17000 btc
20k btc x 85 USD = 1.7million USD

He paid around a mill to eASIC from that we think.

Now to divs:

I am working off the btc all time high which is not an imaginary or even spike-high it is a price that was touched repeatedly, so 1235usd x 640btc  = 790,400 USD.

So the divs have indeed been approx half of the estimated funds raised in USD from the IPO.

That is disputable as we don't know the precise prices but it's well within the same ballpark.

Someone is really struggling to differentiate between the money Ken has actually taken in and paid out (what he has handled) and the money taken by speculators when the share price crashed.

All that btc went to the speculators when the Trolls started their campaign to push down price so that they could ensure they could buy cheap when they flipped from Lab coin back into ACtM.

Now if crumbs is pretending he doesn't know what his Trolling did to ACtM share price and therefore shareholders money you have to say - wtf is >he< smoking.

You two Trolls helped cause the sell-off it is highly ironic that you are trying to blame the CEO for it. Do you complain to Bill Gates when Microsoft shares plunge? Errrr no.

Stuart, stop flaunting your brain damage.  People invested bitcoin, bitcoin is the unit of account here, returns should be counted in bitcoin.
If you gave Ken 1BTC when it was worth $100, and Ken gave you $100 when the bitcoin price rose to $1k, you did not make your money back.  You LOST $900.  
It's little details like this trip you up, Stu

If I gave Ken $10,000 worth of bitcoins and he paid me 2 bitcoins in divs and I sell my shares for $1,000,000 worth of bitcoin, then I've made my money back and the divs were inconsequential.  But the divs are not going to be inconsequential, they are going to be totally FRIKIN awesome!!!    You are trying to confuse the issue as always.  I do hope people hold and you don't get your grubby fingers on the stash!   lolz

The businesses is still in the development stage which they conveniently ignore.

Every single publicly listed business on the planet gets funds, invests them, does business then pays back shareholders.

So we are still at the beginning of this businesses development. Is that difficult to understand, or are the Trolls bring deliberately disingenuous?

TL:DR; any time between now and a maximum of about 2 weeks and a bit weeks for trading and dividends to be paid.

These are estimates and Ken could easily wait it out to January, so we can only hope it is soon.
