Don't let this rock the boat even more.  Great so he sold a bunch of miners, with no delivery in hand until Q2 2014.  Wow what an accomplishment.  Sounds a little butterflyish to me.  KnC just got some press thats all.....in the end every company including ours is trying to jump the gun.  I appreciate the steady pace we are on.  Articles like the above tend to have a "famous last words" flavor to them.

I just unpacked my quality VMC product and am ready to be satisfied.  The product is both girthier and firmer than the minimum suggested in the sales brochures, what a pleasant surprise!  The thin thin thin .02mm Intelihash coating is handsome and in no way threatening or messy -- this one won't tear or start grease fires.

I think you misinterpreted me. The failing of the assumption that Ken knows what's going on. As in people are moreso doubting there is a clear plan in place for the changing landscape.

Yes, boys, I have boasted about how many shares of ActM I hold. Here is what I want:
1) Ken will be more communicative and less vague
2) There will be a viable exchange. (It seems that cryptostock may be that exchange. It would be nice if it could be on a distributed, decentralized exchange.)
3) Ken will provide more information regarding dates of when he expects to have shipping of ordered product be in full run.
4) Ken will will provide more information about when mining will be happening on Active Mining manufacture equipment, meaning a date when mining will be happening.
5) Ken will provide a number and bitcoin address of how many terrahash are mining and where the mining proceeds are going. My suggestion is that ActM use the Eligius mining pool.

This is what i want as well. I would like Ken to be clear and detailed when communicating. And we also need dates of when things are going to be happening.

Nicely stated LorenzoMoney.  Ken really needs to get off his high horse and let some information flow.  I am still confident in the fundamentals of ActM, but I am steadily becoming less confident in Ken's ability to run it.  While I am optimistic about this latest round of updates, the fact remains that there are still plenty of questions that need to be answered.  

For one, why are we focusing more on hardware sells and not mining at this point?  

Second, what lead to the decision to use Crypto-Trade as the exchange of choice, as we await Color Coin implementation?  Did they reach out to Ken directly, and if so, have they been properly vetted to insure that they are trustworthy to oversee this amount of money?  

Do they have proper contingency plans in place, in the instance that they go under (ala BTC-TC, Bitfunder)?

When can we anticipate our shares will be available for trading?

As far as I am concerned, most (if not all) of these will not fall under NDA, and Ken should be able to answer them quite easily, unless he is intentionally being vague as VE keeps suggesting, in the hopes that he can build up his own personal mining reserves and leave us (the ones who helped get him to this point) out in the cold, picking up dust dividends from sales.  I am not saying that I agree with these accusations, but the fact the Ken is making little effort to get out in front of them is just mind boggling.

I've sent one of my friends to VMC, he bought 1THs Platinum more than a week ago. Today he called and told me that aprox. shipping would be 2-3 months. So, WTF? I'm too ordered when here in forum shipping was December, not 2-3 months.

That is for ordered which have been place last week.  We have a pre-order queue, so if you are at the end of the queue, then the wait is about 2 months.
