Ken good morning, when do you expect us to start mining. Just give us a date.
Thank you.
He has not answered a single question in this thread since IPO times, so i suggest phoning him with your question I know man, I'm just gonna make sure this question appears multiple times on each page of this thread until we start mining. Every single investor needs to know that this is the single most important question right now. They all seem to care about stuff that really doesn't effect whether we make ROI or not. Also I need Ken to see this question every time he comes onto this thread. It needs to be answered for everyone here. You don't give a man $1,000,000 then have him not respond to questions and have nothing to show for it for months. There are no pictures of equipment, no pictures of our mining farm even being set up, no proof of anything he has told us. He can at least answer this one god damn question. It's the only one that is important. Ken when do you expect us to have our mining farm running? Thank you.

Seriously? Dude, are you being sarcastic or obtuse? Other than obsolete Avalon clone equipment, I'm not aware of any mining equipment in ActM's possession.

Thanks for your enlightening contributions Jasun. You've ruffled a few feathers which always makes for a chortle. The irony is that for all of VE's accusations against Ken, and arguing that he wasn't adaptable, he amongst others in here are suddenly having to deal with the fact that our company is on a different course. Ken steered this ship away from an iCEBERG while you were all tucked up in your beds and having wet dreams over divs. We have a real chance of this becoming enormous and for those of you who may be unsure, read the announcement again. SLOWLY. I can understand if the company is changing course. Ken hasn't said that we are giving up on mining though. Quick question, if we have started shipping and we're no longer mining then this means any profit from what have shipped should go to dividends right? Then why are they not in the dividend address? He stated we started shipping before Thanksgiving. It's been almost a week. EDIT: Ken when do you expect us to start mining? New information has come to light thanks to Zumzero, apparently the company is headed in a new direction where we no longer mine. Can you elaborate on this or verify Zumzero's statement? Thank you

SLOWLY. How is a 3 month wait going to turn out good? We will need to start in Feb with 1,000TH/s just to have 1% MORE FUD Customers are saying that they are being told to wait 2-3 months. Either they are lying or we are going to be months behind. Have some skepticism please.

While it may be true, When some random comes on the thread and says "A Friend told me we were going to be 2-3 months late" I take it with a grain of salt. If there was a way to get verifiable information then we can all go nuts but until then it is just hearsay.

So DTS is telling customers to ask for refunds! Can you believe that. How could he be a shareholder when he is trying to piss our profits away by telling customers to get refunds?

He doesn't give news of any kind one way or the other so you cannot play that card. I honestly have no idea what Ken plans on doing at this point as his November announcement was all fluff and delay tactics with a hint of disappointment. This isn't terrible news but it definitely wasn't good either so we're basically back right where we started before the announcement. Enjoy the Ride™

Where is your vision man!!?
I was optimistic, but we paid $1,000,000 for an eASIC chip, not the $3,000,000 - $5,000,000 sums our competitors have paid for the more advanced chips. So I was optimistic we could get the eASIC chips by Novembers end and start hashing. I hoped if we grew the hashrate enough we could spend millions on more advanced chips and become a long term name in Bitcoin mining. This was my dream, to own a small piece of that pie. The curveball Ken threw about the delays has now called into question my model and calculations. Also the ambiguous "intellihash" has me very concerned. You could argue Ken did not communicate this technology very well, but he must have known it's implied meaning is not possible.

Like I said, if Ken allowed I can prove ownership of over 100,000 shares. I would prefer refunds than our company being sued by angry customers.

Way I see it things are going one of two ways.
a) We are doing poorly and are expected to in the near term and Ken doesn't want to talk about it.
b) Ken is so confident in the profitability of this company (for shareholders and/or himself) that he feels it unnecessary to bother replying and instead feels that results will speak for themselves, ends justifies the means and all that. Or in the negative option; that he will be rich and it doesn't matter.
People make dumb decisions when it comes to money. We are wired to make these mistakes and it's up to us to notice when we do, admit it and correct them.

Enjoy the Ride™
Before the announcement I expected the announcement to be a decent amount of shipped product or a huge amount of mining going online. Now I feel we are worse off than before that announcement.

So you want Ken to pay back a flood of refunds. Have you any idea how that might effect our cash-flow? I haven't but I don't imagine it would be good for your shares. You stupid dumb fucker.

These are the exact two thoughts I keep having. I personally am leaning towards b. I doubt Ken would be working on something called Intelihash if he didn't think it would pay off. I doubt he would still be taking preorders if he didn't think he would be able to ship before they no longer meet ROI as this will cause refunds. He stated that we are behind, we all know this. He just needs to tell us how far behind. It's not like it's going to make the investors feel any worse than we already feel, right now we are walking blind and he needs to clear the air and elaborate on specific dates for us. Otherwise we could be arguing about stuff that has already been taken care of. Ken for the love of god please come on here for 30 Minutes and elaborate on our mining situation. When will we start mining?

1) Refunds could make us bankrupt overnight. 2) There ARE NO law suits you dumb fucker. The only upside is we are refunding in FIAT the value in FIAT. So as long as the price of BTC has gone up since they bought the item and Ken has kept money in BTC then we will make money on refunds. But with the recent drop from $1200/BTC, anyone who has bought when BTC was this price will get a refund worth more BTC than what they paid, causing us to lose money.

If there was a way to get verifiable information then we can all go nuts but until then it is just hearsay. If this "friend" is known as VMC, then I would say that's a pretty credible source:
"Pre-Order Terms: This is a pre-order. 28nm ASIC products are shipped according to placement in the order queue, and delivery may take 3 months or more after order."
