Proper and balance diet is the core of losing weight. eat a healthy foods such as fiber and protein. less intake of carbohydrates. and add exercise such as jogging badketball and if you want to gains muscle do lifting.

Get a medical checkup first.
Find out what's stopping you from losing weight.
If there's nothing wrong, just eat less... and spend less time on your pc.   Roll Eyes

Do not eat foods high in fat and also excessive carbohidrat.makanlah vegetables and fruits and a little carbohydrate. How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
In my case, i only eat at least 2 times a day, brunch and dinner and water therapy.
