Dengan cara berolah raga teratur dan makan - makanan yang teratur hindari makanan yang berminyak. Dan perbanyak makan sayur dan buah-buahan.

I think it's not so difficult - eat less junk food and fast food, more cook by yourself, eat fresh veggies, and hight quality meat and fishes. less sugar and salt and drink more water. and of course - do sport Wink

To put it simply, in order to lose weight, you need to ingest less calories than you burn. There are actually two ways to look at it. You could also say that you need to burn more calories than you ingest. So, you can eat less or you can burn more calories. You can also do a combination of the two. Anything you do will have a positive impact. People don't realize how easy it is to change your body. Anybody could completely transform their body in as little as 3 months. I know one man who lost about 100 lbs. The only think he did was start walking. He walked for an hour per day. I think that would be a great start. You may also think about running or lifting weights.

Spend more energy than you put in.

That would require you to do some physical work or training.
 
In theory, it should work like this. If you eat 2000 calories a day (8375 kJ of energy) then you need to spend more than 8375 kJ of energy to lose weight. Depending on what you wanna look like, in most cases, you will lose fat.

A worse option would be to starve yourself and not eat, in which case you will lose muscle.

DO NOT EAT PROCESSED FOOD. CUT DOWN ON CARBS AND EAT MEAT AND VEGGIES. DRINK A LOT OF WATER. TRY TO CUT OUT SUGAR, ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES.

You need to have a purpose to shed pounds. in case you do not have one, you'd grow to be not exercise and just persist with your typical routine.

I know you said apart from exercise, but that's really the most important thing in losing weight. If I work out hard enough, I can drink Starbucks and eat chicken nuggets everyday and still lose weight, for example. But if I do that and don't exercise...its over. I'll gain weight super quickly. Either super restrict your diet (high protein, low carbs, low sugars, low sodium, a lot of veggies) and forgo working out, or exercise a lot and eat whatever. Whats best is a decent diet with a decent amount of exercise, though.
