How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?


First you should a doctor and have a medical check up. Doctor will give you a correct advise. Doctor will tell you which food you should take to lose your weigh. Also it'd be good if you begin work out. Take a couch and he/she will tell you correct working out styles which will help you.

I think the most effective way to lose weight may come from the hospital, I heard that the entire weight loss process can now be achieved through surgery!

Try walking a lot and spend less time indoors. Also eat healthy food, not necessary to starve yourself. Also check if there are any problems stopping you from losing weight

I think the best way to do it is to have dedication and will power and you will be able to achive any goal even lose weight

It actually takes times and will challenge your patience in my advice drinking lots of water (because doctor recommend that too) and a proper diet.

Have you ever heard stories about healthy and thin people simply dropping dead without any reason? Or, stories where someone at the gym collapses and dies? These are all stories of people who have pushed their bodies over the edge.

the one manner to lose weight is to constantly to check your calories intake. each food have their own calories larger to smaller. this is why we have to take a look at our meals daily.

consume proper and get some exercise.  it all boils all the way down to taking in less calories than you spend throughout the day.

If you want to reduce weight then you will have to eat food rules. Exercise every day. Shoot for moderate intensity exercise a week for at least 200 minutes (more than three hours) daily.

Each of the foods should include a protein source, a fat source and low-calorie vegetables.

 Calorie counting is not necessary to reduce weight. Carbs 20-50 gm is strictly the most important of the range.
