For the last 30 odd years an exercise program typically consisted of cardiovascular conditioning (such as walking, jogging or cycling) activity and flexibility training. Now there are new ways to loose weight.

that's a very famous question . basically it's related automatically with your diet plan , but if you wanna lose weight faster you should start lifting wheight i thing that's the fastest solution , so now let's start making it easier , everyone has a specific amount of calories intake to stabilise their current weight so the solution is to eat less calories , how to calculate your calories ? that's easy just google it and you'll find several apps like " MyFitnessPal" which can take all of your physical informations and give the right amount of calories .

Exercise helps however make make sure you you do not overexert your self
Do not exercise in extreme temperatures too.
Take in a lot of fruits and vegetables. Taking in lot of fluids but do not overload the body with too much water because it may cause increase blood pressure.

Long, slow steady state activity in the 'fat burning zone' was believed to be the way to weight loss and fitness. Little to no importance was placed on strength training exercise, particularly for women.

There are many ways to lose weight. The quickest and most effective way to remove excess parts of the stomach is by surgery! If you don't want surgery, then you can only rely on constant exercise and good eating habits to control!

Control your eating habit.

Eat as much healthy food as you can, whenever you are hungry. Eat as little unhealthy garbage as you can. If possible none at all.

Eating healthy foods and proper diet is the best way to lose a weight. And do exercise and choose whats sports or training exercise is best for you. My suggestion is basketball jogging or walk for 45 minutes a day, or go to gym there is a lot of program there will help you losing weight.

To lose weight you have to go the gym an execise and you eat vegetable and to lose  weight you have to follow a diet and count the calries..
