In my opinion avoid diets at all, live healthy, exercise and don't punish yourself too much. Once in a while you can eat unhealthy and enjoy life. Perhaps the most important thing, eat with a fixed regularity. Because your body will adapt to this and start the burning proces.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
Nothing will help you lose weight except workouts in the gym, and cardio workouts, plus proper nutrition. All other means are harm and stress for your body.

You can lose weight with the help of fitness, creating a proper diet, giving up harmful foods! More movements less complex food. If you just lose weight, your body will hang, and you need to make it fit.

I'm sure this has been mentioned before but in case it hasn't, body weight is directly linked to calories in V calories out.

Basically, your body will burn X amount of calories if you do nothing other than stay alive (i.e in a coma), your body will burn Y amount of calories doing what ever your body does above X (i.e doing what ever you do in a day) and the things you consume are Z (food and drink) are less than X & Y combined.

You WILL lose weight if X+Y>Z

There's no "oh but I put on weight easily" no "my genetics"  if you consume less calories than your body burns in a day you'll lose weight. Exercise creates an energy defect hence increased weight loss.

You could eat only butter and lose weight providing you consumed less calories than you burned, I don't recommend it though as a deficiency will kill you eventually Smiley

The best way to lose weight is cardio training, and no pills are needed, pills for the lazy, and if you want to look good you need to work. Even if you use pills or other substances for weight loss, the body will become thin but its skin will stretch. Start with cardio exercises. Then try to improve lower body muscles first. Then increase vitality by eating fibrous meal. Lastly, don't forget to get sleep.

This has been my problem since then and its really hard to do,never take exercise from the choices because thats the most preventive way on losing weight.medication will only bring you health problems while exercising will boost your health

When people want to lose weight, I am just the opposite of them because I want to gain weight. Already troubled by the ridicule of people who say I'm a very thin person. Forget it! I will still give opinions about how to lose weight? The point is to eat regularly and eat less high fiber foods.

Two main areas to look after for optimal weight loss:

1. Diet - Cut out processed food from your diet, and avoid too much added sugar, sodium, saturated and trans fat. If you're buying canned or packaged food, always read the labels to see the ingredients and nutritional value. If there are ingredients that you cannot pronounce, you probably shouldn't be eating it. Always try to eat fresh and eat clean – complex carbs, protein, vitamins, iron, etc.

2. Exercise - Incorporate 30-min HITT workouts at least 3 times a week, or daily for best results.


BONUS:

3. Eating Habits – Check out Intermittent Fasting (eat only during an 8-hour period daily), it has helped many people lose body fat in a short period of time. Good luck!
