To lose weight we need
3. Do not use high sugar or fatty foods. Reduced maximum red meat (pork, beef, shrimp, crab) and note not fasting, drink water.

4. Limit snacks and sweet fruits (mango, durian, jackfruit ...) Avoid far more energy snacks like fries, peanuts ...

To lose weight we should not
1. Do not stock high-calorie foods such as candy, chocolate, butter, jam, soft drinks, ice cream ...

2. Do not practice under the loudspeaker for less than 30 minutes, as usually after 30-45 minutes of exercise, the new body uses energy from the fat.

- Do not eat pork chop excepted.

A bit of workout, and serious diet! If you can afford keto diet, Go for it ! I had lost 7 KGs in just 10 days.

dont be too rush losing weight. it actually takes times and will challenge your patience in my advice drinking lots of water (because doctor recommend that too) and a proper diet. limit your rice too

I think the best way to lose wait is to have healthy meal at three times with  a routine time.i feel if you skip your breakfast you have a tendency to eat more during the rest of your day so keep a time and have your food at right time.avoid junk and oily food.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Calories in < calories out. Simple truth is you have to suffer to lose weight.

Mammals are not designed to lose fat easily. Anyone who tells you its easy is wrong (or lucky). Unfortunately working out is a key component of burning fat. I have been working out vigorously for over a month now and have not lost weight yet. However I've noticed the changes in my body start to begin. If you have physical limitations they have products for any physical limitations you have. Control your diet first and once you've done that focus on doing a little bit of working out. Don't start hardcore all at once or you'll give up like I did many times. I only just recently consistently stayed on track. You've got this. I've struggled with weight too on and off so I've been there too.

In my perpsective you must have a healthy lifestyle and healthy diet. You must have exercise every morning and avoid eating food with more fats and cholesterol. Eat fresh vegetables and fresh fruits.
