If I understood correctly you asked if person A can sell his previously bought gift card to person B by using the Zeex platform so that the ETH are transferred to person A wallet?
I think that is not possible to do that yet. :/

Yep, app was and is fully functional and you can buy gift cards and redeem them and then buy whatever you like from retailers that you like

Zeex doesn’t make money from the gift card margins. Their business model includes provision of financial  services to the gift card providers, marketing, onboarding, support  etc. and this way Zeex doesn’t have to charge any fees to the customer.

But how its going to make money then,as running this kind of platform will surely cost money?

Zeex is charging services to retailers and business and that is how it is making money.

I think that bounty campaign will go on after app is fully released,so we will have to wait abit longer for that.

What about exchange, is there any announcement already when it will start trading?

Reading this I have a feeling that the app will not be ready until the end of the year...hope that am wrong.

Couple of days ago one of the admins in the Telegram group wrote that there are no concerns regarding the deadlines and that there will be no delays. Hope that is true

I agree with you that all this long fall causes fear and panic even for the strongest, and of course after such a big fall, not all projects and coins will survive and rise again, many will end up not being needed and disappear. Therefore, in the market you need to be able to always enter it in time and get out of it at the time, but this does not work for many

yes obviously the funds have decreased, but I'm sure ZEEX will hold their Ethereum coins,
which I regret is that there is very little bounty allocation to participants
