@4x4et I can understand your frustration at the situation, but spamming will not help resolve anything.
I issued you a bonus doubling your deposit as a goodwill gesture when we were unable to bend the rules to allow instant withdrawal with no rollover. Ive explained that this is due to AML laws that we must comply with. The options are to either play through the rollover, or to submit the required documents for KYC verification.
If you wish to proceed with KYC please let myself or our support teams know and I'll push them to process everything as a priority so we can cash you out asap.
Thanks very much,
Ronnie @ Cloudbet
You can shove it in your butt anything else? yes i will send you my documents cause you are illegally holding my bitcoin (which is not money you moron) i will send my documents to maffia puppet, money laundering machine, identity theft organisation - FOR NOT MAKING A BET seems legit

@4x4et Accusing us of money laundering and identity theft when we are in this very situation due to the need to comply with AML laws is a stretch, but if you feel the need to vent I can understand.
@baskoroaw Which updates do you mean? We are almost ready to announce some big news regarding our expanded support teams, and are constantly making updates to our site to improve the performance and service we provide to our players.
I'll usually try to post any big updates or give advance warning of any site maintenance here and on Twitter.
Thanks very much,

Im just quoting Montenegro newspapers and other Bitcointalk members so Two companies that received illegal licenses from E-Gambling Montenegro, Prime Minister's brother from uncle Milovan Maksimovic, had a turnover of almost 30 million euros in the last three years. This indicates a serious suspicion that, in addition to illegally organizing games, they also dealt with money laundering, which is why gambling inspectors sent their report to the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering. These are the Podgorica-based companies "Maxiwin" and "Multi Index", which did not pay to the state any euro for organizing games of chance, even though they had such a turnover. Yesterday, the Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime and Corruption took over the entire E-Gambling documentation from the Inspectorate and the Directorate for Games of Chance. If the inspectors' suspicions are confirmed, this can be the biggest money laundering case in Montenegro so far. Potential laundering of steam through bogus licenses for online betting was also helped by officials in state authorities and some banks that ignored the legal obligation to report suspicious cash flows and transactions that lasted three years. This can be concluded on the basis of documentation received by the Center for Investigative Reporting of Montenegro (CIN-CG), which was forwarded to the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing on 12 November from the Directorate for Inspection Affairs. Inspectors of the Inspection Directorate managed to find 18 contracts, signed by the company "E-Gambling" with affiliated companies, which has around 40 employees. In addition to "E-Gambling", "Maxiwina" and "Multi Index", inspectors controlled two other companies - "Delta IT" and "Exclusive limited". They told the others that they do not have business data in the Tax Administration and that they have not been able to find giro accounts. All companies are registered at two addresses: Cetinjski put bb - Podgorica and Njegoseva br. 97 - Cetinje. That's your address right? Oh, you have no idea what is coming - NOBODY STEALS FROM ME

It's not cool to withhold the coins from their rightful owners and use DT2 members to tag anybody calling you a scammer. I can see that your campaign manager https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=911719 has tagged this member with negative trust for calling you a scammer, not only abusing the trust system but withholding their coins is considered as untrustworthy as fuck.

Except, there's a very reasonable 1x rollover that is required by their Terms and Conditions (probably to deter people wanting to use them as an mixer) of which 4x4et agreed to when depositing. Cloudbet even gave them a bonus credit so that they can make the original bet they wanted to; how is that unreasonable and untrustworthy?

Using negative trust to silence somebody calling them scammer is untrustworthy, maybe you need to read the link I provided, they have tagged that member for calling them scammer which is a trust abuse. I can't say anything about their terms and conditions because I don't trust any of these casinos. They could send their coins to the same address they used to deposit, I don't see any attempt at mixing their Bitcoins if they receive the same amount to the same address.

Spamming "SCAM!!!" in size 50 red font after Cloudbet issues you a bonus credit to allow you to make your original planned bet and thus not having to go though KYC is hardly scamming. Also, red trust does not silence anyone; you have 6 negative trusts, but you still troll around the forums. It's not trust abuse; it doesn't seem like 4x4et is a reasonable person (he's literally crying about being scammed $20 despite Cloudbet giving them an extra $20 as a bonus), and probably would not be good to deal with. I agree with Hhampuz's red trust for what it's worth.

So you are not only clueless about what trust abuse is, you are also clueless at what mixing is? Interesting. I don't care what is the amount or what is their intention, I only care about your left feedback on somebody calling (spamming) you scammer, you could've reported their post because that post is just a spam and is against the rules, you could actually get them banned if they were repeating the same spam over and over but tagging somebody with red after they called you scammer is trust abuse, you are not even the owner of cloudbet or are you? are you only their campaign manager? what do you get from tagging him with red? maybe you get some money by managing their campaign and that's why you felt the need to protect them? Leaving negative trust like this is trust abuse, are you going to turn into OgNasty to tag people for calling you out? if this is all about a freaking $20 then give them their freaking $20 and be done with it instead of making it look like you are abusing them with negative trust. I agree with Hhampuz's red trust for what it's worth. I know that you agree with these kinds of behavior, after all, you are working and promoting for criminals doing money laundering. I don't expect anything less from somebody like you who'd hire green trusted members to make their mixing business more legit.
I'm all in for trust abuse, be my guest and keep doing it as if nothing is wrong, if I were cloudbet I'd give them their $20 and ask them not to make any more deposits, it's not worth it to tag people for $20.

wow so much rage for just 20$ , I mean I can't pick a side but when a person deposits and wants to bet on a certain selection then finds out that he can't bet it then it's frustrating won't call it a scam for such low amount and since cloudbet issued a bonus , but I guess there should be an exception since the person couldn't bet his selection
let's forget about the 20$ , let's say someone deposited 0.5 BTC and he wanted to bet that huge amount on a tennis player for example and the max he was able to bet is 0.2 BTC on that selection now let's assume this player doesn't make such bets usually and he just wanted to bet that amount for one time in his life , do you find it reasonable to make him wager another 0.3 BTC ?
I guess there should be an exception for such case , you have the right to hold the funds if a person just deposited without even trying to wager then yeah you can suspect him with laundering but otherwise there should be exceptions

Afternoon all, hope you all had a great weekend!
Lots to catch up on, so I'll post my responses below:
@4x4et I'm really glad the withdrawal has been processed. I escalated the situation before the weekend and it looks like one of our senior management team issued the payment personally after learning of your situation. Once again I'm sorry for the problems you encountered, and I'll still be working with our sportsbook teams on a future update to ensure that any minimum stakes over 0.001 are clearly marked.
@LTU_btc Most of our sportsbook lines have a minimum stake of 0.001BTC, however as @4x4et found, some of our soccer lines (Europa League specifically) are currently higher at around 0.0058BTC. I'm investigating this with our teams and trying to seek an explanation for the difference at the moment - I'll let you know any information I receive asap.
@digaran We never deny legitimate payments to our customers, and in cases like the one above I will always side with the player to try and find a resolution. We are a legitimate sportsbook and casino that have been around on bitcointalk since 2013, and in a niche industry like crypto gambling reputation is key - there's no way we'd risk that for a $20 deposit.
Our campaign manager issued negative trust without instruction from myself, I'm assuming due to the person in question attempting to derail things spamming SCAM in bold red letters all over the campaign thread (this was after I had sought to resolve the situation with a bonus and escalation of the withdrawal issue).
Thankfully the withdrawal has been issued and although I'm not happy with the delay the player suffered, I'm happy the situation is now resolved.
Thanks very much,
Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Nope, idiot Hhampuz (or whatever he is called) gave me red trust after i wrote scam on this topic. Guess u calculated that my $20 is not worth bad reputation and possible loss of 100x in future deposits. That is called damage control. So, what, now no ID is needed to give me my deposit back? Lol I'll bet u we will see a lot more scam accusations here in the future.
