How about instead of sending DM , just send the support to get the answer of your problem.
If you are not satisfied afterwards and believe you got scam, you can help by letting the community aware making thread in scam accusation section.
But I think, if the short coming is from the gambling site, they would be able to solve it as they were able to solve a lot of bigger scam accusation before.

There's always a reason why they block certain withdrawal requests but they didn't mention it because on their terms, they could ask it whenever it's needed.
