Hi Cloudbet admin,

I deposited 0.02 BTC today and placed a bet, won it and now i withdrawn 0.04 BTC and it's in "pending" status. I thought withdraw's are instant? No? I thought large withdraw's are manually processed. Why my withdraw is in pending status?
I see above posts many people are having withdrawn issues. What's going on?
I expect some response from cloudbet staff here.

Ok i got a answer why my account is blocked, i need to verificate it
is part 3 a joke? is that normal?

1) Verify your identity
Provide a digital photograph or scanned colour copy of your government–issued ID card, driving licence or passport that clearly displays:
-Document number (ID number, licence number, passport number), your full name and date of birth.
-No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus)
-All four corners of the document (ie. no cropping)
-Expiry date that has not passed
-Front and back of the ID card or licence

2) Verify your address
Provide one digital photograph or scanned colour copy of a paper utility bill or paper bank/credit-card statement that clearly displays:
-Your name and address
-An issue date within the last 3 months
-All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping)
Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone (mobile bills are not acceptable), heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence where address and name is shown is also accepted. eg. a letter from your local tax office, police or registry office.

3) A photo of you holding your Passport / ID and A4 Page with the following information hand-written on it:
- The Date
- The Word Cloudbet

So i won alot and i understand it takes time.

And for any other bookie payout within 36 hours is likely never to happen.

I tried a ton of bookies

BUT i was told instant, so i expected it would be instant.
And it wasnt, but i received the 6 BTC cashout 36 hours after.
Which i a pretty good payout time for any bookie out there...

But it was my first time withdrawing here so i was nervous.

Now that i have gotten the BTC i wanna say some good things:
Supports answers super fast
The guy on here seems very helpful (Ronny)
And their odds are really good compared to 365 etc.

Dont think its fair all the blame, i wasnt trying to create a bad picture of them. I just only read good reviews and expected same treatment. But if i have to wait 36 hours for cashouts in that order im fine with it. Anyways im sorted Atleast this cashout;)

Guess i would still patiently wait for their response and i have already dm'd the OP my username to look what's the issue and why the withdraw is pending.Hope to get resolution soon.

 

I want to update here my withdraw is now processed. It took a long time though. Have to look for another sports betting platform.

I am glad this got sorted Danmark1900 and sorry for the delay. I appreciate your balanced opinion too, Cloudbet's odds are generally better than Bet365 and of course betting with bitcoin is way better than fiat, but we all know that right

More then 1 1/2 weeks gone after i made a withdrawal request, and i can´t do anything, have to see and watch the btc price.
My Account is still blocked.

Cloudbet only gives me casino bonuses even though I am not a casino player, and the support is always ignoring me and never helps me with my issues, even though I have had so many issues with the site from bets settling too slow to bets being misgraded. Right now I don't recommend anyone uses this site

It was so good for years with great sports bonuses, but now I only get 25 mbtc casino bonus which I can only use on slots rather than giving me 25 mbtc bonus for sports. I never understood that if you miss your customers give them what they want. If someone deposits and bets over 2 btc on sports and 0 btc on casino, wouldn't it make sense to giev them a sports bonus?  

Maybe I'm just stupid...

Same here,,, I really do not like slots because 1, it has nothing to do with skill,,, and 2, I cannot really find a way to prove whether it is fair or not. But bonus is a bonus, and it is good you get it. If you prefer something else, then you just need to find a bitcoin casino that gives you bonus for sportsbook,,, you will find this in several others that focus actually on sports rather than on casinos.

If there's still no update regarding his account verification he should message their live support or email their support for constant answers since we don't know when will Ronnie check back on the thread. Sometimes these verifications takes from a few days up to a week depending on how fast they communicate.

You started a thread here thread here and you got a response from what i have seen and yes cloudbet is having the match and the odds are better than the site mentioned in your thread.
You do not need to register to check whether a sportsbook is having some sport you want to wage all you need to do is search  .
