They are slow at support, for many years. I just wonder why their support is not 24/7, they make serious money every year

It is a very slow site and I think there are fewer bet options than there are more betting options. Also, there are too many crash problems. These problems need to be remedied, if they improve, it will probably attract more customers.

Wow 2 months in an awfully lot of time for anyone to get their money back. They have been getting customers because they have been good at SEO and stuff. Its one of the first sites that pop out for anyone new to gambling. But I am sure this thread sways away a lot of the people.

Cloudbet dont seem to care about this thread. Have never seen them post/reply in this thread in ages. I have a query about the min bet amount assigned for some live games is set to 0.042-0.044 BTC. I understand the point of having a maximum limit but why the hell to they have such a high min bet limit? It pisses me off. I've never seen a site which had a variable min bet limit and that too this high. The min bet limit ive noticed on other sites r 0.0001 BTC and it stays that way no matter which game it is.

Its been over 3 days and no one representing Cloudbet has taken up or addressed my concern. I like the site a lot actually. Clean design and whatever games are present, have good betting options but there are a few things that want me to never go back to the site. Have a limit to min bet is one of them. I just wanted some answers regarding that and no one's replying. I dont think I'll ever use the site again.

You will get a hardtime to reach from them many people claimed that, and i dunno why they get a hardtime for answering some tickets on their site while its truly annoying to find that our problem will exist for more weeks, cloudbet is untrusted anymore and i think this one will be needed to avoid for.

Its normally happen on bitcoins since this coin made to be anonymous and many bad people take the oppurtunity to do bad things since they know people will get a hard time to trace them, and also in cloudbets issue i think the very best thing we need to do is stop playing here, they cannot take care of us and their support is so slow thats why surely this problems will repeat again and occur to others.
