There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

no I will say story about Cloudbet. Cloudbet is scam. Dont trust to this bookie. Tiger Tree Holdings say that Julka Vucinic is owner. I was on adress, Julka Vucicnic is stole identity and falsification ID for owner of Tiger Tree. Police was reported about this. This is first problem for Cloudbet. I inform all newspapper in Montenegro and also my lawyers make claim for Cloudbet.

They write about my 2 accounts??!!  Cloudbet write this on forum

Day before you say me that I have 2 accounts, my friend have one account, I have one account, when I was in Serbia he connect on my Network and you say that I have 2 accounts. You locked him 2,92BTC, and write me main account is okay, everything is okay and day after you say me that I put number of bets from different accounts??? Hahahah, you have stupid explanation. You nothing answer on my mail, you locked my account with 0.92BTC, my friend with 2,92. This is about 30,000Euro! This is scam, other client be carefull, dont open account on Cloudbet. They havent licence, only with lawyers. You dont like when other people post bad about you. What you think why?? I ask when you withdraw BTC to wallet! You cant stolen money. People must know that Cloudbet is scam.

Cloudbet is no scam neither is any other casino you reference.  The sad part is, game-protect you could have provided some good because you certainly have the work ethic and drive.

@Kukulelema Your case has already been made to our ADR, we cooperated fully with their investigation and provided them with the evidence we had collected of your activities. They sided with Cloudbet and their decision is final, because of this we won't be in contact regarding your case again.

@game-protect I can see that Peter previously asked you to refrain from posting on our thread to promote your services and affiliate links, but I am also worried about people with low trust giving potentially misleading legal advice to our players on our thread. I can see you have your own thread in the gambling section which would be the correct place to promote your services.

Game Protect is a trusted information channel to protect players and if something happened, they still have the option to enforce their claims through legal channels.

However, if they are brain washed by criminal online casinos and their shill groups and believe they must enforce their claims on forums instead in courts or police, then it is their problem and not mine. Cheesy

I want to preface this by saying up to the last few days i've been a huge Cloudbet fan, but my recent experience has really soured me on this book. I have always had an easy seamless experience withdrawing winnings up until now.

I requested a payout 5 days ago (120 hours) and the withdrawal request still shows as pending. I have contacted support maybe 8 or 9 times in the last few days requesting information as to why the payout is delayed. Support has given me multiple reasons including:

-I am part of a small group of players who's withdrawals are backlogged
-Withdrawals are backlogged overall and team is working through the backlog now
-There is a technical glitch preventing my withdrawal
-It is unknown why my withdrawal is pending
-My withdrawal will be imminently processed

I have no faith in any of the reasons provided above given the lack of consistency and general disinterest in getting me an answer as to why there is a delay. There is no escalation process beyond each rep saying that they have messaged the "payments team" who will get back to me as soon as possible. I have yet to hear from this team. Support's message is that I need to wait for the payments team to get back to me, am I expected to wait indefinitely?

I did receive an email from the Customer Service Manager (Scott) 3 days ago saying the team was working through a small backlog of withdrawals and that his hope was that I would receive my funds without reaching back out to Customer Service. Since then i sent another 2 emails to support, addressed to Scott (one a couple of days ago and one today) to which have received no answer.

I am happy to provide screenshots with proof of my withdrawal request, proof of the funds on their platform, proof of residency (showing I am not based in the US) and proof of ID if it will help facilitate getting my funds. I have 1.45 BTC on the platform, which to me a significant sum and I am hopeful that I will get some resolution by posting here.

I have sent Cloudbet a PM on this forum requesting help and hope to hear back.

I have opened up this account to WARN everyone that CLOUDBET is a scam gambling website!

Also anyone who has been scammed by CLOUDBET please PM so we could group up and DESTROY them. I am collecting evidence against them with my lawyers from montenegro as that is where their headquaters are.

This is my case with them, please also share yours:

I have registered on CLOUDBET some 20 days ago, deposited BTC couple of times, was placing bets and all of a sudden by account was locked! I thought I forgot password but when I contacted them on chat they wrote my account was "frozen" pending an investigation and I should send an email to them, I have sent several emails and contacted them on chat multiple times and 10 days after my account was "frozen" still no reply!!!

They are in attempt of stealing 0.9499 BTC from me, and I know I am not the only one they are trying to scam.

CLOUD BET IS A SCAM AND WE HAVE TO STOP THEM!

@zcisive Apologies for this, I know how frustrating waiting on withdrawals can be. We do sometimes have higher levels of requests over our peak periods at weekends, but that wouldn't explain a delay of this long. 

I have responded to your PM and am in contact with our support teams to track down the cause of the delay, they should be in contact directly but if you experience any further delay then please PM me and I'll escalate the ticket.

As we mentioned before, we always pay out our legitimate customers. In a small industry like crypto gambling then reputation is key, and no site would survive long by taking advantage of their playerbase.

We have not one reported issue from bettors who signed up with Game Protect and I have no idea how a sportsbook can have so many scam accusations.

We would always recommend that our players contact our support teams first, ideally through our 24/7 live chat or email support - it is the fastest way to resolve most issues.

I am collecting evidence against them with my lawyers from montenegro as that is where their headquaters are.
Do you have documents or confirmation from authorities in Montenegro about their company registration in Podgorica?

Cloudbet is registered under company called TIGER TREE HOLDINGS with address in Cetinje, Montenegro - https://opencorporates.com/companies/me/50721755

Their licence issuer is E GABMLING MONTENEGRO, that company is actually holder of ONE SINGLE licence from Ministry of Monetenegro and they are reissuing their licence to bunch of turkish and asian scam bookies like cloudbet. E GAMBLING MONTENEGRO is selling their "licence" to these scammers for 30,000-40,000 euro, where actually regular gambling licence from Maltese gambling authorites costs around 400,000 euros.


Owner of TIGER TREE HOLDINGS is Julka Vucinic who was not aware that this company is opened up on her name (she is 68 years old) and she also filed this claim to the police department for identity theft and fraud. She lives in Podgorica, Montenegro.

Location of TIGER TREE HOLDINGS (company behind Cloudbet) in Cetinje is an empty shop with a sign - FOR RENT on it.


I will continue posting information about these FRAUDS until they pay out every single DIME they have stolen from its users.

Creating multiple accounts on Bitcoin Talk to make your claims and dispute the decision taken by the ADR will not result in any changes, they are an independent organisation that works to mediate these conflicts. We complied fully with their investigation and based on the evidence we provided they sided with Cloudbet in this instance.

For anyone keeping score, and without giving away private information, this is the same group of accounts that have been back and forth on the forums for the past week or so, who were caught deliberately breaking our terms and conditions and then threatened us with bad PR when action was taken against them.

We are here to help to rectify issues for our players, but cannot allow Cloudbet to be publicly attacked in this manner by fraudulent account holders.

@game-protect I responded to your question by pointing you in the direction of the information you requested, and as a 'game protection expert' you should be fully aware of how Alternative Dispute Resolution organisation works.

I'm not here to be drawn into an argument with you like so many other gambling operators and players have been across multiple Bitcoin Talk threads, I'm simply asking that you avoid posting your 'legal advice' on our main thread as we have players that are new to the BCT forums that wouldn't necessarily know to check for a user's trust scores or posting history.

@zcisive Apologies for this, I know how frustrating waiting on withdrawals can be. We do sometimes have higher levels of requests over our peak periods at weekends, but that wouldn't explain a delay of this long. 

I have responded to your PM and am in contact with our support teams to track down the cause of the delay, they should be in contact directly but if you experience any further delay then please PM me and I'll escalate the ticket.

As we mentioned before, we always pay out our legitimate customers. In a small industry like crypto gambling then reputation is key, and no site would survive long by taking advantage of their playerbase.

@Ronnie - Thank you for looking into this for me. I will let you know if I dont hear back from the support team in the next 24 hours. I am now at just over the 1 week mark since my request was put in so hoping to have this resolved soon.
