That was the opposite for me. I deposited $100 and managed to cash out almost $350. Although, it wasn’t the best experience because they forced me to complete KYC before processing my withdrawal.
After that, it took almost an hour for my first withdrawal to be approved.
Luckily, my second withdrawal only took around half an hour, but I still find it quite long compared to other casinos that process withdrawals instantly.

Maybe you win many times on their casino that's why on that withdrawal request it triggers already their KYC and you have been asked to comply?

As long as the KYC prccess is clear I have no issue with that. The problem is when casinos just ask for KYC after a big win or if they want to kick the player out of the website, so they ask for so many details that it's almost impossible to comply and to keep using the account. If it's a regular verification, it's no problem at all. You just verify and withdraw normally, because the laws and licenses for most casinos ask for KYC anyways.

Whether the customer is being forced to pass KYC or not, or it was a voluntary decision by the customer, KYC in centralized platforms should be expected immediately you registered to use any centralized gambling site.  That you weren't asked to do it immediately doesn't mean that you wouldn't be requested to do it in the future when you either making regularly wins, large sum of withdrawals or any form of suspicion at all from the part of the casino.  The only way to avoid KYC is to avoid using any centralized platforms.

Everything shows that in the future there will be full KYC for any website that deals with licenses and money. KYC is dangerous and useless, we know that but we can not always avoid KYC. We are drifting towards troubled water together with KYC and AML. It does not restrict to individual users but also business companies from centralized exchanges to online gambling sites like Cloudbet.
