They have gone dark again! No wonder they have developed such a shitty reputation! Even the fact that refunds "suddenly became available when the kit shipped" is highly suspicious given that Black Arrow said that refunds would only be available BEFORE kit shipped. Makes me think they are mining our refunds!
Actually, Your refund was sent, I can provide the transaction id (but you gave the BTC Address that you paid to), I can provide the transaction ID of it being sent back to Minersource as well. Refunds are only processed on Business days, weekends and holidays do not count. Today is Columbus day in the United States, as such it is considered a holiday. You cannot even admit your own mistakes, IF you sent the refund to the wrong address it's your fault, I have given you the correct address 4 times now! and actually received refund on one order already. I've had 6 days of, "forgot to press return","you gave us the wrong address","silence" or "it's columbus day" the kind of excuses I expect from children not supposed businessmen! This is my last reply to you. You were requested to send proof of payment with your transaction id, you sent your receipt which had the payment address on it. The refund was sent there as you had it in your PM (the only things asked for are -Forum Name -# of Shares -Order Number - Original TXID [to prove ownership]-Original # of BTC paid -Address to refund too) Now the simplest way to get the transaction ID would be to go to the payment address and copy the transaction ID, seeing that the original transaction id's are linked to the order number, that + your order# / order details would confirm your ownership. Refund sent: 0d1e33a7cdd12e28b91b25b47d84faf60fbe93e6cd2cb7dfc44d2bed63179b20 Sent back to MS: 4b65095e4e554330b063f0698f2b96df7a26514c95e3bae5930120152623ccd4 You have not had 6 days of ....., the refund was sent on Thursday October 9th. Its a holiday today, Matt is not in the state and does not have access to the Bitcoins to refund until he gets back. I'm goin' to be a fuckin' billionaire, for I'm goin' to invent some sort of internet thingy and computers to interact on them whereupon all the devices can be used 'round the world via internet connects, another thing I'm goin' to invent. To share my vision, I will be sellin' via pre-orders the actual devices, of which the chips for said have already been taped out in a FAB that I already invented and built. Payments will only be accepted via another one of my inventions called Bitcoin, a form of money capable of being access and deliverable anywhere on the globe and the moon, soon Mars, except on holidays, e.g., Columbus Day, or on some iconic French-Japanese dude's birthday, or on Saint Hal Day, and not if it's rainin'.

my advice is get a refund. something back is better then nothing back. and unlike so many bad companies they have stuck around and refunded a lot back. I would get a refund if I were you.

I did send an email to Thomas but he sent me a reply directing me here, so I have had to make an bitcoinforum account to request the refund, just sent a PM for a refund on my 5 shares
heres the order numbers for the public record, my txid's and payout addy were sent in the PM
-Order Numbers: 679, 805, 942, 1156, 1292,
-Original # of BTC paid : order 679: 0.24026210 order 805: 0.13270254 order 942: 0.11220000 order 1156: 0.14882322 order 1292 0.15581669
0.78980455btc
Thanks for your hard efforts with the co-op , shame it didn't work out on this one , i was involved in some of your other co-ops that paid out and did ok, its a shame we couldn't mine for a while and then split profits from selling the hardware on too . I blame black arrow and their broken promises

I bought direct from Minersource.net on December 2013. I was promised a refund by Minersource twice and are still waiting for my refund. I hate it how they just decide to keep my $800 and totally ignore me. I would even be happy to get a 50% refund..
