Bitcoin or ETH for long term

I think both coins are promising since they are the most popular coin in crypto currency but in terms of long holding then I prefer to have bitcoin because it is the most popular coin and in fact it is the pillars of all crypto coin and bitcoin value once reach its high as 18000$ and its good to have holding and wait for its next phase of value rising.
