Hey all.
I am confused about these two (BTC and ETH), which one is best to invest/hold for long term ?? How much time I should hold from these two?? Price is going up now a days, what is the best time to buy ? I should wait for buy right now ?
I believe in terms of growth price wise, ETH has the advantage of increasing in price until saturation is met. But in terms of the number of token available once they saturated all the market, Bitcoin has an advantage because of the fewer coins circulating in the market. But why would I choose one when I can freely choose both. I believe this two cryptocurrency will be very good investment in the long run. |

i believe ETH is a very great altcoins for long term holding due to its rising potential, days by days, I believe ETH has the higher chance to dominate the market in the future. So i suggest you should hold some ETH as soon as you can because you will never know when will ETH surpass BTC, don't forget about this time BTC is still dominating the market so it would be better you keep holding ETH for long term and use BTC to trade for short term profit.

I would suggest to invest in both although most of the time when the value of bitcoin goes up, the value of ETH too follow but then you diversify still your risk because there may be time when one of them is going up and one is doing down so you will still have profits. You are holding both of them for long term anyway and most likely, their value would multiply so there is nothing to worry. Maybe from time to time you should cash out so that you can still feel those profits or maybe if you know how to use TA then sell when it seems like it hit resistance and then buy again when it reach a support. |

What happens with ETH in the last 2 years is more fantastic than bitcoin, ETH is more flexible and easy to use, besides with 1 ETH wallet we can keep hundreds of tokens so I'm sure that the future of ETH is more promising.

Why wait to buy if what you do is for long-term investments. And you must know do not put your eggs in one basket do you understand what I say? Never put your money in just one investment, this is the most popular advice and I suggest you to spread it out. Or at least 50% is in bitcoin and the rest is on eth. |

I agree with you . ETH has far more potential than all the coins in the market. If you invest in ETH, you will definitely receive a huge profit because ETH is using the smart contract platform and you can invest in ICO projects easily without many problems. I personally always choose ETH because their community is very large and the development team is great |

do not choose either of these coins, ethereum and bitcoin have excellent prospects if they are used as long-term investments and therefore I recommend investing in both coins at once

For the long term, I would choose both but bitcoin is more solid coin than ethereum, ethereum may have big fluctuations in price in the future for unexpected reason but for bitcoin I think that is less likely  Exactly both of the two would be good to invest for long term yet somehow there are reasons why bitcoin would preferable for many as it is one that has bigger value than others and many years that it has trusted by lot of investors. And eth would likely just in progress but not sure for future long term process. |

bitcoin and eth can now be used as a good coin to hold long term. because now these two coins have a good price and stable it depends on our taste whether to have bitcoin or eth. it is our choice because it is a good choice.

Both are the best coins to long term investment, most of people here are choosing Bitcoin because they think that the market cap of Bitcoin is the bigest so Bitcoin is better and safer than Ethereum. For me, if i have to choose one, i will choose Ethereum because now Bitcoin price is high and difficult to it increase 3x or 4x, while Ethereum price is still low compare to its potential. Ethereum price can quite go up $3000 in 2019 so now is best time to buy ETH. |

both are excellent for long-term investments if i better buy some ethereum than on buying one bitcoin it will provide more profit because ethereum price is still cheap and could rise 2 to 3x maybe in the future, but if i can buy some bitcoin i will buy bitcoin but not for long step.

Both BITCOIN and ETH coin are good for long term. But I think ETH investment will be better. Because its price is low and opportunities for development are many. And you can buy more ETH than bitcoin. |

If we can choose a good altcoin to invest for long term, i believe ETH will be a good candidate, rightnow the price of ETH has dropped rapidly below 600$ a good chance to buy ETH, we all know ETH is the most popular altcoin in this cryptocurrencies market, so we will see ETH become the most value altcoin in no far the future and defeat BTC in long term investing. |

From my point of view, (both BTC/ETH) coins are very good for invest.You can invest them for long term.I can tell you that if you want to buy then you should buy BTC now. Because in the near future BTC will pump and increase more. If you can buy BTC and hold then you will get a good profit i think.

I suggest you to buy both of them. Hold ETH more than BTC. ETH is potential. Buy those altcoin until bitcoin reach 10,000, or you’d better wait until they fall. There will be a fall soon. |
