If this happens, it is certain that the bank's investors will lose because they are transferring everything to invest in bitcoins. But one of the great things they can earn here is especially for fees and of course the bank is legal and many processes are sure that all our income is tax. And that's the best thing to do because our economy will grow

Because of bitcoin or any crypto currency has no any governing body or any regulation, banks will never accept the crypto currencies as it is. However if there is any governing method with addressing anonymity issue, then banks can accept without any legal issue.

If we are expecting banks to start accepting bitcoin deposit it means we do not know what blockchain technology is all about. Blockchain technology is superior to our traditional banking system. I am expecting the banks to incorporate blockchain technology in order to move with the trend of technological advancement.

We all know how risky bitcoin is. Let's imagine the most riskiest money deposit situation.
What do you think guys, will this moment ever come and banks decide to offer us Bitcoin deposits (e.g. fixed profit on 1 year deposit and etc).
This can be very, very profitable for banks if they make correct decisions.
P.S I don't mean freebitco.in's offer of holds on their wallet. I mean if official banks ever offer us this service.
they will definitely do that for sure even if it is very risky because thi will gain more profit that real money

Very soon we will see people spending bitcoin everywhere in malls, banks, hotels and restaurants etc. Because coming time will be an era of bitcoin, we will see bitcoin ruling the world and people will get profit form it.

"Japanese banks are already working on creating their own cryptocurrency called the J-Coin. As the Financial Times reports, Mizuho Financial Group and Japan Post Bank earned support from the country’s central bank and financial regulator to launch the project. The coin is designed to be pegged to the yen and easy to spend in stores via smartphones. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of the largest bank in the works, is planning a rival cryptocurrency, MUFG Coin, for 2019."

I think it's possible in a few years, not now because it's hard to change the traditional system of standards. People need to adjust to this idea. If one day bitcoin usage continues to increase and daily transaction volume reaches hundreds of billions then chances are banks will soon open a deposit for bitcoin. If they choose to launch their own tokens, they should provide an opportunity to convert existing cryptoes into, at least.

No I have never seen any banks offer bitcoin deposits if there is also a definite fraud because if there is a certain government also will not prohibit its citizens to use cryptocurrency and until now also the government still strictly prohibits its citizens to use crypto because according to them it is too risky for them

Bitcoin will be more risk for bank and could be again with bank, but until now bank given way for deposit money to buy bitcoin or invest on altcoin. Some day when many people using bitcoin bank will think one more time for allowed deposit money by bank. Maybe will stop for deposit money by using bank and we can’t buy bitcoin by cash money. We have looking another way to deposit our money to buy bitcoin.

why not, everything is possible under the sun we see now. Looking at the trend that bitcoin is going it is likely to accepted in banks. It is a matter of time and change. Although it will not happen over night, since change is a gradual process. Lets cross our feet and wait patiently while our mother coin performs it magics again and again.

I don't think this is ever going to happen. Maybe in the far future when all payments go crypto there may be a different kinds of "banks" we can't even imagine, offering all kinds of services we can't even think of right now. But traditional banks as we know them will not give you interest from keeping hands on your coins.

I don't think banks can accept Bitcoin deposits, they think it will lead to the end of Fiat and also open many peoples' eyes to the great opportunity of knowing about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general.

i dont think so, for now that is. bitcoin is volatile now.  banks will probably offer btc services when it becomes stable and when it can already be regualated which for me will not happen.

I believe that it will happen very soon as the demand of bitcoin is getting bigger and also other big financial institutions are already investing on bitcoin. We cannot deny the fact that bitcoin would be the next generation of money so I strongly believe that banks will offer bitcoin deposit in the near future.

It is somewhat not profitable for the depositor himself investing in a Bank that they can burn as it would be another financial pyramid such as MMM

For this era I also rarely hear banks accept deposits using bitcoin, and the government certainly influential because of it. but I'm sure sooner or later the bank will definitely receive a deposit or even withdraw using bitcoin, because bitcoin will be more popular and widely used...

Am sure some years to come most banks will change and add bitcoin deposit to their services. As it stands now every bank is digitizing its services and most services are paper free. I know one financial institution which has a slot for bitcoin and ethereum deposit.

here in my country there are banks that allows the people to cash in bitcoin but you cant open an acct to them the banks are only the medium of cashing in for the wallet that is provided by a company. Since the government still dont have the concrete plan on how they regulate bitcoin the banks will not be able to offer people to make that kind of deposits.
