I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I think it is good to have an online interview using trustlogics application. Well, I know it is not part of the platform of trustlogics and it is already above the objectives of this project. But it is good also if they will make some effort to put it. I am not quite sure if they will be accepting foreign applicants, but its worth the try. This is really a good development for Trustlogics. Since the pilot test will determine if the project is a success. This step is actually a small success already for Trustlogics. I keep on reading ISPs I was thinking what are ISPs, Then I read this thread and it becomes clearer. ISPs stands for Individual Service Providers. I think it is only proper for Trustlogics to put a simple guide for its users on how to complete a transaction properly. As I have seen, Trustlogics platform is user friendly and can be easily understand. This will not be much of a problem with ISPs in completing a transaction of making a request and settling payment. Back reading on these thread to have a overview with the people interested in these platform. I see that many is interested in what TrustLogics has to offer, and really look up to there project of providing solutions to the  inefficiencies of hiring in our industry. I believe that the project already is truly great all in all but, I am just a bit curious as to how the developers plan their marketing strategy for this project to succeed. I mean, even when you have a great project, you must also get the news out there to really reach the potential investors.

Maybe they realize many people both jobseeker and recuiter are in the difficult situations when trying to find jobs or employee, though there are many recruiting jobs circulating online in many countries but not giving exactly what people needed when it comes to recruitment... You have a point, but i think I know what was Natsu_koo pointed out if there will be a part time jobs for part timers? yes, maybe there is! because as what he had said that he thinks that once the project will be launched there will be a lot of applicants and we all know that among us there are some people can`t work full time jobs maybe for some reasons but it really depends on the recruiter if they will accept those people.

The potential for this project's success is very high because their ideas are well presented, and also since the platform is based on an already existing project which has been a success.

I believe this project will be successful as well. If it was successful before, why will it not be successful this time? It's easier to implement the project because they already have experienced launching it and maintaining it.

If it's about potential, yes it is high but we won't know how it will all turn out since we are still in the middle of it. Their experience gives guarantee to the investors that they know what they are doing.
