Basically Trustlogic aim is to make a system for more efficient and effective hiring process.
And to make more effective way to communicate for job seekers and recruiters online.
Indeed, and also systematically. The systems they have presented in hiring process is superb. Aside from datas being secured, for me the verification or checking of the datas of appliacnts by partnered validators is a thumbs-up for me too. Because of this feature, hiring the best and qualified applicant will get hired And with regards to ISP (independent Service Providers), the features they have for them is also execellent. Imagine, they can create a digital portfolio for them, where in the service requestors can easily locate or look for them by becoming a user of Trustlogics. No more fear of the ISP'S background because they can check their profile if they can be trusted with the help of verification process which they also offer. Trust Logics platform has a unique form of hiring, I think all our questions have been answered.
How about the interview some applicant has no self confidence the trickier application form questions can be daunting at first,what are the tips you can give us to be qualified in the position.
That's a good question for everyone specially for a fresher. At the first time cracking an interview is not a small job, Your question is not related with our project but as a human, I would like to tell you that try to be confidence, Do research on organisation as much as you can, clear all the basics questions about organisation, visit their website to know more about them, do Google to check reviews. In short research work helps to build confidence. Always remember "Content before Confidence" should be there. What a lovely surprise to be getting application tips from our favored hiring platform. And yes, i do agree, "Content before Confidence" is definitely a good approach. Researching a company will be a good means of preparing for an interview, and on that, i hope the TrustLogics platform will allow peers to view such details of a recruiting company to narrow down places we have to look for information. i do think that viewing essential information and relative links of a recruiter or a hiring company will be available to all peers (or atleast to those who are qualified for the job listing). As we all know, TrustLogics is trying to save us time, thus, i positively forsee that jobseekers will have access to these leads and information. That was right, TrustLogics gave a better place for those who want to have a job that has no time to apply, they can do it online by sending their personal data and TrustLogics will be the one who manage and look for a company that looking for what kind of skills and related to your course then you will be hired. It's nice if they do the interview through online by video calling also. I guess it will be exciting and more relaxed than personal. That's given i think, when you should know something about the company in order to impress the recruiter. And i bet, you will not be confident if you don't know anything, and also if you are honest in your credentials and data, you will ba confident enough to answer the questions. And for added informations, you should have roughly know at least some frequently asked questions during job interviews and i know if you do these tips, you will nail it. Hello guys! Correct me if I'm wrong here. On my understanding,Trustlogics platform doesn't do the hiring, it's the company. What Trustlogics do is that the Peer will search the list of applicants that fitted for the job opening. It means the Peer just shorten the list. (Taking note that the applicants' resume were already verified by Validators before they can recommended by the Peer). And then, the Peer willpass the shortened list to the recruiter. Then the recruiter will do the next steps (such as interview, salary negitiation, etc) outside of Trustlogics platform. |

Hi achiahia, We are glad to see you here and that we have the same interest. That's a good question though, Blockchain Technology makes Trustlogics secured. IF we will research about Blockchain Technology, we will appreciate it's capability to protect data especially to hackers who wanted to steal data from different systems. The trust logic is a very amazing project, why? Is it because of the blockchain technology that will let you as an investor have your own series of codes in every transaction and it is not just a series of codes but the blockchain technology let your transactions in private and it is not easily be have by some hackers. I have to agree with you regarding this matter. Trustlogics really is an amazing project. By using Blockchain technology on different processes really is an advantage because of the security and reliability of data that it offers. Our data and information are safe and secured. Trustlogics is a hiring industry that uses blockchain technology as their system to record and store transactions. This will eliminate data breach and false identity because blockchain is can be used for verification of identity. So no need for third party to verify credentials.
Trust logic is a hiring industry with a big advantage in the logistics business. We can use their token to apply a job, secured data and information inside the blockchain. We don't need recuiters or 3rd party agency to hire us in their company all we need to do is login to trust logic and hired easily. TrustLogics Tokens is used to place a request to get any of their information like Education, Past Employment, Criminal& Drug information verified. ISPs can choose to get any of their background information like Criminal, Drug and Work History verified by placing a request through their TrustLogics Tokens. I think they haven't fully developed it yet since they are still in the middle part of their roadmap, so, you can install it but it would probably have some glitches. A person with criminal records will definitely have a hard time looking for a job, but it's still worth a shot to try and pass a resume. Some employers still give chances to an ex convict, and these kinds of employers we can never tell, but if someone who has a criminal record would be able to find one on Trustlogic then that must be fate and a blessing from someone who is starting to make a new life again. And not all having a criminal record is a real criminal, besides they do some things for their family. I hope that some people like having this case was given a chance to have a proper work. That's right, Criminal records are not a barrier to have a better jobs for them, this projects is for all the jobseekers and even if they have an bad record in their past they have an right to be employer somedays. I must agree that some convicted criminal well have the right way to find a job and decent life if will truly pass the all neccesary recquires ducoments regarding to their personal background check and need to passed also to health professional councel regarding to their ability if will fit also to this case, like mentally health ,emotionally health,and physically fit ,that need to be required almost of employer despite in traditional way process,,I think this condition is will be a great challenge to trustlogics if this kind of jobseeker will be encounter, do you think trustlogics will handle it? No one can change it because it's all in the past. What is important for an applicant would be his qualifications, can he still qualify even though he has a bad record? It really depends on the job available. What if it's a medical malpractice? Usually those in the medical field, even though they have done medical malpractice, they still work and are able to get accredited by medical insurance companies in the US. Medical malpractice? Wow, but yeah, even though doctors or nurses or even anesthesiologist might have accidentally killed someone, it like it's just part of the job there, you can file a case in court, but that might be expensive. And the practitioner usually, if proven guilty, will just have to pay fine, and still continue practicing. Getting those licences give them enough credit for credentialing processes and they will always be qualified for the job. Yes, stress on usually. I think I saw the news on TV about a dentist who engaged in so many malpractice cases and people go there because he was an accredited health practitioner. He was puling of kids' teeth eventhough they were fine, sort of worse than child abuse, and get paid. I think that one went to jail. |

Even in Canada, your previous supervisors are not allowed to say something bad about you, but them saying nothing of the subject like attitude would mean that is the bad thing about you. Are you saying that Truslogics can't do something about the bad records of the applicants on this case huh? Though, in some other point of view you had a point in it, I guess that this project can do something about it. Maybe because trustlogics well also avoid to solve on this kind problem, for the sake off other employer, since it online transcation only. It really depends on the job available. What if it's a medical malpractice? Usually those in the medical field, even though they have done medical malpractice, they still work and are able to get accredited by medical insurance companies in the US. Medical malpractice? Wow, but yeah, even though doctors or nurses or even anesthesiologist might have accidentally killed someone, it like it's just part of the job there, you can file a case in court, but that might be expensive. And the practitioner usually, if proven guilty, will just have to pay fine, and still continue practicing. Getting those licences give them enough credit for credentialing processes and they will always be qualified for the job. Yes, stress on usually. I think I saw the news on TV about a dentist who engaged in so many malpractice cases and people go there because he was an accredited health practitioner. He was puling of kids' teeth eventhough they were fine, sort of worse than child abuse, and get paid. I think that one went to jail. This is information overload, hahaha. So, being in the medical field in the US can guarantee that you will always have a job? That's something I wish our country has. They don't really have free healthcare so it's really a money making industry. |

A person with criminal records will definitely have a hard time looking for a job, but it's still worth a shot to try and pass a resume. Some employers still give chances to an ex convict, and these kinds of employers we can never tell, but if someone who has a criminal record would be able to find one on Trustlogic then that must be fate and a blessing from someone who is starting to make a new life again. And not all having a criminal record is a real criminal, besides they do some things for their family. I hope that some people like having this case was given a chance to have a proper work. That's right, Criminal records are not a barrier to have a better jobs for them, this projects is for all the jobseekers and even if they have an bad record in their past they have an right to be employer somedays. If you get famous for whatever bad thing you've done, finishing a med. course will not guarantee a good position, though I believe you'd probably have earned enough to create your own business. Is any of you guys already used their android or IOS app??. Looks interesting and very easy to use app.
I think it is available in the Google Playstore but I donnot install it already. I think it is available on app stores around the world but not that already in used.
