I'm having problems with the wallet, it isn't syncing. It's blocked at 6 days ago and I have like 8 active connections. How can I fix that?

I like cygwin but I've never heard of people using it for a production type server. I think you would be better off using Virtual Box and Ubuntu. I'm sure Cygwin has come a long ways in the past 10 years, but I think you're asking for a big headache that will likely never even pan out. (pan out, thats a mining term  |

better run inside a virtual machine, that very popular today.
if you're using windows 8, it already have hyperv included with no cost.
