Possibly a dumb question, but I don't know the answer, so here goes. The client appears to be capable of CPU mining within itself, like the old bitcoin client was. If this is true, how do you set it up for solo mining, and can it be set up for pool mining? Also, if this doesn't turn out to be a dumb question, you might want to put the instructions on the original post. Then again, maybe not. CPU mining isn't that popular these days

It's for fun

It's for fun well look into XPM/PTS, if they are old then XPM is best choice, those two coins are CPU only and can be actually mined on CPUs, even older ones

Yup. Poolerino seems to be down, can't even log in. My systems have auto failed over to earth.vircurpool.com pool.
I have 3 pools setup now for my GPU rigs in the following priority: 1. Poolerino EAC 2. Vircurpool EAC 3. Middlecoin

It's for fun under help on wallet you will find debug window, click it, then click console in console type setgenerate true then enter close debug window, click mining icon, then start mining button give it a few seconds then hover over the little mining icon bottom right of wallet and it will show your hash rate

Don't think it's the pools. I'm not sure how practical it is to mine at 20 kh/s. It would take weeks to see results.

New Earthcoin game!http://www.cointography.com/I've just finished creating a new game site. The concept is very simple, guess the correct number and win the prize! The game is explained in more detail at the bottom of the page. If you have any issues, please PM me the details. Good luck!
