lots of EAC pools are DDOSed...

some big players want all the mining and all the EAC before cryptsy launch...

even hackshard had a few stutters here and there and it's by far the most stable and reliable pool

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I manage a private fund for a living.  13 years now so I am a survivor and I have seen my fair share of psychology in markets.  Something the EarthCoin community needs to keep in perspective is the volume.  I for one am extremely pleased to see the daily volume equal the daily coin creation.  What this implies is that ownership of the coin is being distributed along the bell curve of risk tolerance and it is not accumulating in a few persons control.  This phenomenon took two years for Bitcoin to accomplish so we have really fast tracked adoption in a serious way after a few days.  This is due to the proliferation of information and general education.

Although dilution will occur with such things as "rape coin", it brings a wider demographic into the crypto-currency pool - rapists for example.  Eventually these rapists will get raped themselves and now having an understanding of the concept itself will look for something more solid like EarthCoin.  The more coins the better.

EarthCoin's daily USD volume is beyond impressive.  Hundreds of people have already turned into thousands of people.

Yeah there are definitely a lot of pools getting DDoS'd at the moment. I wonder why now?

Coinium is up and working again. They resolved their issues and slowly processing payouts. Nothing was lost in the last few hours. I can recommend this pool, after trying several other big pools.

New Earthcoin game!

http://www.cointography.com/

I've just finished creating a new game site. The concept is very simple, guess the correct number and win the prize!

The game is explained in more detail at the bottom of the page.

If you have any issues, please PM me the details.

Good luck!

Running smoothly so far, give it a try!

In case any newbies read this, go back three pages to where this guy states that he is mining at 20KH/s on a single CPU. Consider the probability of him having 500,000 EAC when that would be several days' production for a mid-sized 30-40MH/s GPU farm. Finally consider that you can buy all you want for less than 1/2 cent each on the exchanges.

If this was intended to be a joke, next time try something that has a chance of being funny. Things that start with "Knock, knock" or "A priest, a rabbi, and a hooker walk into a bar" can be a good place to begin.

oke................

 i sell 1.0 eac for 1.0 USD !

in batches of 500,00 eac's ....    Tongue

and you can pay trough payal  Wink

eY4WcL4tfDmyCeu5Y4SJ3ztHEiJeVRHS6H

thanks in advanced ! keep eac up !!

jesus dude whats your point ? everyone see its more a joke !

Current Net Hashrate is 3.04Gh/s

that´s not right!

current Net Hashrate = networkhashps" : 2299670963, = about 2,3 Ghs  Wink

Now at 2.64...when asked it was 3.03

It's been the same pattern for days. 2+ Gh/s for a few minutes, and 3+ for the next few minutes, like some pool is switching on and off from eac. maybe some kind of multipool. the diff changes at every block, maybe some kind of tactics to lower the diff, then latch on and mine like crazy, switch off... latch on... over and over again.

Zynga has teamed up with BitPay to allow payments in Bitcoin.  Adoption has begun with the announcement of Overstock as well.  Each merchant will find their coin that fits their business model.  I am sure rape coin would have no purpose with the Christian Alliance.  Spread the EarthCoin gospel and dispel the rumors of crypto-currencies.  EarthCoin can easily be used for merchants even at fractions of a pennies worth with its quick transaction time.  EAC -> BTC to cash.

funnily enough, this is more a publicity move by Zynga and only to a lesser extent good news for crypto...   zynga has been dead for almost a year... it's running on fumes... and I'm happy about it cause their business model and their products were pure trash

Ryan's pool at http://eac.dedicatedpool.com could use some more hash rate, and has the benefit of being up and stable. I've mined with him for other coins and have never had anything other than stable servers with fast and polite support.

No connection, just a happy miner who appreciates good pools. I know some of the bigger ones are having issues today.

Oh ya make no mistake Zynga should be delisted, just as JCP, GM, C, BAC and the rest of them hahaha but they are American design all of them.  They run the most massive pumping scheme on the planet to be able to create more debt off the equity.  And for it, I subscribed, in fact I own $12 Million of JCP now Wink  The companies listed above are all bankrupt - go figure.

But again, just as rape coin will get a headline or two, it captures the publics attention.  That is the tide that lifts all boats.
