One question, how does the user become anonymous with these one if its about real state property? Well its a very personal info required there in order to put this into transaction even the buyer would mind about it. Its interesting how anonymous you can get in their platform.
Yes, Real states is one of our big assets that's why We need to be careful on every transactions that We make and also if We want to buy property We need to be careful also. But of course MUXE Platform is safe and secured according to what I see in their white paper. And I think they have the criteria for investigating/checking their users identity, as I read in past comments, these apps are like "UBER" if I'm not mistaken. |

Yes, especially when you read the entire white paper because we can see more of the help they can do for us. I agree with that, Project muxe also has many features on regarding with other services can provide to the user. At first glance we may think that this kind of Platform is hard, but if We remember We have many online shops in our country that offer different products and some of these are the materials for our homes and offices that need repairs. Maybe they have collected all the information and learned how to make them better, until they think of One Stop Shop on all issues regarding Real states (Rentals, Home improvement, Maintenance, Listing and Settlement). |

this is my first to see this kind of ico related to a real state. i think this is the first one so for the investor this is new to them so they will focus on how the ico muxe will flow. so muxe got the attentiuon of more investors and partnership if this muxe will show a good quality and feedback. for me real state is hard make a deal. but muxe will mix in the blackchain so its kinda unique. |

If it is true that PROPY is the same as MUXE, it's scary because MUXE has not started yet but has competitors already. But if we think well, it is also wondering if MUXE will enter into this industry without the advantages to show to others. I think and trust MUXE that they have advantages over other projects similar to this, and perhaps they can give better service of its users. Let us see and wait if where us can bring by MUXE. |

Loving this project! Real estate tokens are highly value and can easily be sold out with proper marketing. Muxe has a lot of advantages from other real estate tokens such as atlant, propy, caviar etc.

If it is true that PROPY is the same as MUXE, it's scary because MUXE has not started yet but has competitors already. But if we think well, it is also wondering if MUXE will enter into this industry without the advantages to show to others. I think and trust MUXE that they have advantages over other projects similar to this, and perhaps they can give better service of its users. Let us see and wait if where us can bring by MUXE. every platform now there have a same propy the most important now is how they handle the people those are going to ask and answer the question about the project if all the team is active who will know their advisor what is the benefit and bonuses can i get for mux they need to show to all that we can trust them. |

A project that's explicitly purpose-built one was really indeed perceptible for everyone.
