Sorry for the late reply. I'm not snoopy, but I would like to know what the demand for mixing coins is. Clearly, this should be done in a way that preserves privacy.

The reason I am interested is because I believe that mixing services are essential for legitimate businesses to be able to conduct transactions with Bitcoins. It's not appealing to commercial interests that wallet balances are public.

Am I the only one who finds this incredible irony humorous?

Why do you think piuk would release such trade secrets to you for free and therefore arming a potential competitor with vital business information?

Just a quick note to remind everyone that I am currently on holiday. Data roaming in Kenya costs a small fortune so I will address all posts & PM's when I get back on the 5th.

I got a chuckle out of it too.

There's a low chance that the info will surface but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I've got two questions/wishes for blockchain.info:

1.) what character-encoding is used for storing transaction-comments?
I made a few experiments with some non-ascii characters:
German umlauts worked, Greek characters and the bitcoin-
unicode-candidates like "Ⓑ" were turned to question marks).
It seems like something like iso-8859-1 (or -15) is used,
but I'd like to know, if that's just some bug/bottleneck on
output or if it is stored that way in the DB.  I wonder if this
could be made unicode-clean, falling back to questionmarks
         only for unicode-uncapable browsers.

2.) two "simple" wishes for the "Send"-panel in "Custom"-mode:

When I pick some of my addresses, it would be nice if the
total sum of funds for the selected addresses would be visible
somewhere.  And as if that wasn't enough, when I then start
to define some "To:"s, it would be nice, if the amount of
remaining bitcoins (among the selected addresses) would
      be visible.

E.g.: if I had five addresses with 1.5 BTC on each, and I
select three of them in the "From:"-listbox, then the first new
textfield would show 4.5, then after I fill in 0.7 BTC to satoshidice
then the second new textfield would show 3.8 as remaining
      among the selected funds.

Good thing, piuk is still on vacation, so I've got some time to refine the second one
of my previous points.

It would be enough to have just one new textfield showing the sum of all
selected addresses' funds minus the sum of all the outputs specified so far
for current transaction.

Piuk,

Why number of transactions (24 hours period) never match the same numbers between bitcoincharts and blockchain.info

It seems that in the bitcoin address page on blockchain.info

example: https://blockchain.info/address/1L4EThM6x3Rd2PjNbs1U136FpMq4Gmo3fJ

when you choose a specific filter like "Sent"  .. if you change pages it doesnt keep the filter settings.. and if im at page 5 .. and i put a filter setting im back at page 1

Pingit deposits have been much more popular than I was expecting. They are fully automated however I am unable to process refunds or deal with problematic orders (e.g. mistyped references or incorrect amount paid) remotely. I will be back in the UK in approx 12hrs. So anyone waiting for a refund or missing a payment please sit tight until tomorrow and all issues will be sorted ASAP. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The number here https://blockchain.info/wallet/send-anonymously is kinda jumpy (because of btc price?) but it looks like they make a shitload.

The site is awesome and really deserves the money but I hope some competition or p2p system will come up to make mixing cheaper.

The escrow function seems to be gone. Will it return? https://blockchain.info/wallet/escrow

The escrow feature was removed because not enough people were using it. I think maybe it was just too confusing/not well documented enough.

Is escrow coming back? It's a really important feature of Bitcoin, I'm sorry it was removed from My Wallet just because of user complexity.
We actually really need it.

The is looking into accepting Bitcoin donations, and we don't want one person to have direct control of the funds.

Can you/someone [url=http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/4739/how-can-i-use-multisig-split-keys-using-my-wallet]update this question
when Escrow returns, to help people that don't follow this thread closely?

FYI, our planned usage pattern is having one public Bitcoin address that is controlled by 2-of-3 My Wallet instances.
I've never used Escrow on My Wallet, so I don't know if it actually fits this usage pattern or not.

New feature request: Add address label to email notifications about new transactions.

BTW, I suggest a sweep of the open tickets on User Voice, I suspect that a great many of them can be closed off as Completed.

I see the number "$61,056,864.72." Does this mean that 61 million USD has been sent anonymously, or does this mean that the Blockchain server / Blockchain wallets have been used to send 61 million USD in transactions total?
