Could you look at my ticket: ZKS-442-14968
I want to withdraw some money and coins, however I am getting the "money hold" message. I have included a copy of my ID and address document in my e-mail, but I have not got a reply yet.

I had a question first about the "money hold" message and that's why I have not included the documents in the old ticket yet. Now I have attached the documents in a new ticket, because I don't know how to attach the documents in the old ticket.

Please help - I cannot withdraw funds from MT4. Closed trades 1 hour ago. 100% Free Margin. Web site says: "Insufficient funds". I did restart everything, and hit refresh multiple times.

Today I tried to deposit some USD through OKPay, but the money didn't show up in my BTC-e wallet. Opened a ticket many hours ago and still no reply. What should I do? I have done it many times without a glitch. Have I lost my money?

The transaction history shows that the order #221453562 was completed but i did not get the coins. Went to withdraw some LTC from my account on BTC-E yesterday. Got the transaction email, confirmed it, and my BTC-E account history says that it was processed. (Yes, the address is correct -- double, triple, etc, checked that. I'm sure it is correct.)
However, block-explorer shows that BTC-E never sent the LTC.
Submitted two tickets, no response; most recent ticket LLP-816-49136. Have the feeling that BTC-E is going to keep the LTC for themselves; but I hope not...

Dear btc-e support, Please take a look at the: Ticket ID: VDH-548-26092The withdrawal is listed as processed in the btc-e platform transaction history but not confirmed on blockchain and not delivered to target address.It seems to be the same issue as the two below recently described in this topic, I believe you can resolve them in a batch: Went to withdraw some LTC from my account on BTC-E yesterday.
