Does mintpal add a new coin every 2 days? I see they added Takeicoin (or whatever) on the 22nd, and yesterday it was Darkcoin's turn, so the next winner is going to be picked tomorrow? |

Just a note from an UTC supporter from day 1. Not mining, just trading. I still have faith in ultracoin. If it can survive the Crypto Trade hack (and I believe it will), it will become stronger.

Ok people are getting a it down again so time for a tiny little braveherart speech....
Bad bad times for crypto , while im writing this btc is 481 dollar on btc-e , VERY low.No surprize utc is hovering between 0.0002 and 0.0003.
Lets not throw ourselves into dispair, since we have to wait until this gox buisness reaches a conclusion one way or another.I personally dont understand why other exchanges are following gox and going down aswell.They should ignore gox and let it die off and do their own thing,but for some reason everybody is going down with it.
Gox volume was long gone and reputation aswell, We need to get out of this crypto disaster as soon as possibe so BTC can go back to 1000 dollar , and LTC to 75 dollar
At this time UTC can make the push towards 5 dollar.
Lets stay positive and all do what we can.Its no surprize miners have bills to pay,so a large number of them left.
Coinwars is right now trying to figure out how to implement a jane coin on the front page,when they do everybody can see how profitable UTC is to mine , and we will come into a slipstream of difficulty and price.
My money is tied up in asic investment right now, so i can not commision any new services for UTC at this point in BTC.I thought it would be wise to invest the money i made from UTC, so it would generate money every month instead of just using ammounts untill its all gone.....There is still 32379 UTC left for reward money, so that can be utilised until that point to further develope UTC.When i recieve those asics i will commision many nice services around UTC such as a marketplace (ebay style) ,this takes alot of money since you need to have a professional and reliable setup.When you do a big project like this you need to spend money to have professionals build it for security reasons.....You get what you pay for.
This idea is part of a larger future campain to have more places to spend UTC at,this is to turn it into a currency rather then a cryptographic investment....Those of you who have used UTC to transfer have noticed that it is even fast enough for an actual brick and morter retail situation....
We are not there yet but we are on the way.Utc has not had much luck. Freshmarket was hacked, then coinmarket was a beta exchange, Crypto trade lag and some binairy fund bugs,BUt all the nice people at these exchanges are working very hard to fix the problems (some of them created by the massive influx of new users due to UTC,becoming volume leader on freshmarket in just 2 days,and bringing 285 btc volume to crypto trade which was 9 btc before that).....
Negotiations with large exchanges are also still in progress,which i can not disclose at this time.I am currently also working an a media thing that can potentially give global exposure to utc if everything goes to plan,the results of this will be unfolded in 2015.
So please take this speech as a reminder of all the wonderfull people who have invested time and money into UTC and who will not just give up becasue the price is low

Its not the fault of UTC, but I feel now a bit triple goxed (mtgox, cryptotrade and binaryfund) but "Wenn dir die Scheisse bis zum Halse steht sollst du den Kopf nicht hängen lassen".  Can someone translate that? BTC-E seems down for me right now? Can anybody confirm operation?

Yeah Im back in, thanks. Just knew a sell I had sitting there would be excuted by now and I was desperate to get a buy order in when she went 522 on me.......mild panic only. Can be addressed with medication (;-) |
