5 year commitment (basically a promise) in my view will be difficulty to honor.
Anything in the bitcoin world that has a promise of 5 years ....is a long shot.
That's just my view.
Who knows what the future holds or presents that may disallow them from keeping their 5 year commitment to customers.

Hi PB mining admins I'm just kind of anxious. I saw you are established "in SK, Canada". Can you garantee your customers that new bitcoin regulatory rules in Canada won't lead the website to shut down? (I precise I'm not from Canada). We have halted business with Canadians until Bill C-31 is more clear as they have only released a rough draft so far (not to mention it is quite vague). More details will come this year, but from what it looks like it will be more geared towards BTC/CAD exchanges even on the private level (localbitcoins.com is an example). We have placed the limit as to who may purchase from us just in case there is more that comes from it that would extend to what we are doing. In the worst case scenario, we simply continue dealing with non-Canadian customers. No matter what happens though, we are obliged to fulfill our side of the deal and pay our customers out for the entire 5 year term so even if we were to shut down for any other strange reason we would still have to pay you out. Most of our mining operation isn't even in the country anymore, but I think the most important thing is to place a temporary restriction on Canadian orders until we know more details of what's going on.

Did you know?: Most of our hash power comes from other sources. We are now specialized in the resale of cloudmining contracts through our associates!

Thanks for your answer. I kind of agree with your understanding, but I also asked myself if, soon or later, authorities will maybe ask you to "prove" that your customers are not Canadians. Maybe you should think of a way to "verify" customers IDs when they buy their first contract (they could send you a copy of their ID or whatever.. just to prove where they are from). Let's hope everything will be ok. Thank you for your quick answer (I have to say that, as usual, your support team is just great answering questions so quickly). (Sorry if there are some mistakes, english is not my mother tongue ) Actually, unless they are using a proxy/vpn, this can be done by looking at their IP address and locating them.

Yes we are currently looking at taking bigger steps in enforcing the rule. The most important thing is that we are trying, and that's as much they can ask from us at this point.

Yes we are currently looking at taking bigger steps in enforcing the rule. The most important thing is that we are trying, and that's as much they can ask from us. One more reason to believe as I do, that we would be better off without ANY central governance. Everything they do impedes human progress, because long ago those in power realised something that the vast majority of us have not figured out. We need them the same way we need a tapeworm. And the reverse is also true.

Time for Kevin to go off. Everyone who has made it from purchase to sunday has achieved a Return On Investment. EVERYONE. I will assume that you mean breakeven, since so many people on this forum ( AND NOWHERE ELSE) abuse the term that way. I broke even several months ago, even based on my purchase. I've been in profit for quite some time (Positive ROI for those of you who like to use accounting terminology CORRECTLY) due to referrals. On my initial purchase alone, I broke positive about 8 weeks back. And that is just vs. BTC. Using USD Arbitrage, I've made a fair amount even before my BTC breakeven. EDIT: What does ROI mean

Question for Crypto Freaks (or Noobs same me)
I want make a portfolio for myself with a handfull of Crypto Currency`s and not touch it next 5 years.
Let´s say in PeerCoin, NameCoin, Next , DarkCoin ,X11 and maybe some LTC
I´ve done little bit of research and those Coins look worth keeping?
Any Suggentions if these are good picks?

LTC has been trending down for quite a while now. So, I've stayed away from it. I'm mostly long term LONG on BTC, NAUT, NXT and FIMK (for the block rewards). Everything else is mid term speculations. Peer and Name are probably decent choices, but I haven't looked much into them. At least NameCoin has real world planned use. But, this is probably off topic, you should start a thread in the alt coin section.
