If you withdrawn erc20 token it will take a while for it to appear i know its a different story but my ETH deposit takes 2 days to be credited.

I'm unable to send ETH from Jaxx to poloniex for 2 days.
Ive being noticing problemsz with transactions from and to poloniex for couple of month.
Whats the deal?

As I read, there are many unresolved complaints to the Poloniex exchange office. I have been trading for Poloniex for a long time, so far I have no problems with this business company. I do not have large volumes of trades and I'm happy with their fee for trade. Payments for bitcoins and others altcoin have been delayed for several hours at the start of my account. Now, in a few minutes, the transactions go smoothly. I most recognize the low fee for Btc´s withdrawal only 0.0001 btc.

If ticket is over week old I would close it and start new ticket.I having ticket for maybe 2 weeks and did this and then after 2 days on newly opened ticket have response.They have I think back log of 170k tickets open. |

Guys, it seems I have a similar problem, my withdraw is still "pending" for about a week right now, what should I do? Do I need to contact the support page by opening a ticket?
What if they are just selling altcoins generated out of thin air? Not deposited by customers, but just generated on the platform. In this case they cannot process withdrawals in full, because their wallets won't cover all withdrawal requests. And therefore they don't even reply to support tickets. Do you think it's possible? It can easily explain why on every pump happening on Bittrex, the price on Poloniex is always lower. That's because Poloniex itself is selling coins that didn't even exist on the blockchain. And when customers want to move coins to Bittrex, it just fails to process withdrawals and never answers to support tickets. In this case it just burns these generated coins and takes your BTC. It is an obvious scam, isn't it? Well thats just describing USDT, otherwise known as Tether that has no backing and their site even says they are not responsible for redeeming tokens so there ya go. at this stage i'm pretty much convinced this exchange is running on fractional reserve hence my funds were frozen to pay out someone else's withdrawal. stay away from this exchange guys!
No poloniex is trustworthy unlike shittrex.They don't attempt disable your account and take your money.They are probably the most trustworthy exchange in the game today. 20 hours ago I've withdrawn a total of 8.72265473 the witdraw is signed as "completed" but the TxID is not-existant on explorers.

I had another similar problem but money arrived this morning after 8 hours. I am worried because this one is bigger
funny... I have received the exact same TxID for a 7 LTC withdrawal... and ofc I am waiting for my LTC as well Screenshots or it didn't happen. |

usdt withdrawal fee at poloshit is 8 usdt and they send it with a fee of 0.001 BTC (18 usdt) 0.00347 BTC/kB they are actually sending it with 30% less fee than enough to get picked. i'm stuck for more than 20 hours with a transaction.
best part is that they lost 10usdt with my transaction... do your maths please...

ticket id 570521, why support is not responding? More and more newbies get into this trap.  Polo already has 58k online users. They will never ever resolve all tickets, that's just impossible. If you withdrew tokens and the transaction failed, this money is nearly lost. |
