What's funny is that Evan was always up front about the instamine from the very beginning. There was even a stickied thread on the Dash forums (still is I think) informing potential investors. Full disclosure? Check!

Nobody ever forced anybody to invest in Dash, and every investor who did the tiniest bit of research knew about the launch problems that caused the instamine. If they chose to invest anyway, then how were they scammed?
