I've taken a loss cashed out (in BTC) and joined this forum because the Cryptsy site has slowed to a crawl and the latest trades aren't updating. It's like playing darts with a blindfold on. All the pathetic little arrows in the sidebar work, but not the most important bit. I was ready to hold on through the price crash without sleep if needs be... but not with a handicap too. There's a whale gobbling up all us minnows (and maybe just saving our assets too) with a massive bitcoin wall. But it won't sustain the price indefinitely. Dogecoin all over again? Meanwhile I'm looking at Liberty. Can anyone recommend a decent exchange with a functioning interface?
currently the fastest i have seen so far was Europex, the drawback is that you can't find much of the volume i've heard that this exchange is backed by around 20 to 30 servers in clusters mode so that the exchange will never fail or slow down

If the technology of DRK continues to mature quickly (the way it does currently), my prediction is $466 till this December. And, probably, $4500 till the next one.

That'd be fun, my masternode would be worth $4.5 mil

Mintpal is positively crawling with bot activity this morning. Wonder how much access to their 'private beta' API costs?

There's absolutely no point trying to reason with the *we all know who* in the FUD thread. They are not capable of reasoning, just repeating their mantra all over again. Let them be, most people are smart and can make their own mind, all the information is in the wiki and we answer everything politely here.

Are Darkcoins logos and images copyrighted? Is there a problem with using the logo on shirts, physical coins etc to sell at cost price? It'd be cool to see a physical coin
Technically, anything is copyrighted the second it is created. I created the current 3D coin graphic. And I would not really appreciate someone selling shirts of it. Though I don't mind people using it virtually/on-line for an icon or website. That's what it's for. But selling completely for it's "graphic value", like on a t-shirt, would bug me. You'd have to ask Evan or somebody official about the D logo itself. Evan and/or Darkcoin Foundation own that. It was contracted and paid for thru DesignCrowd. I was thinking of doing some shirts with it myself since I have a nice super hi-res version and can make variations. But I haven't heard anything back from a similar inquiry (about t-shirts) to Evan. Fair enough, was more interested in the D logo tbh Thanks for the response and your work looks awesome Everything the Darkcoin community bought (the logo and everything else) belongs to the darkcoin community. As for Enzwell's graphics? I figured that would have been covered by the boundy we paid. You never got back to me on my t-shirt inquiry a couple weeks ago, so I wasn't sure how things were gonna work. I'm not from this world. I coulda got a head start at least. So there ya go folks. It's a free for all. Intellectual property rights for a decentralised community brings interesting challenges. IPR requires protection, who would seek IPR infringement action? Maybe the Darkcoin Foundation would need consensus to own certain IPR, but that starts to focus attention on a central point of potential failure if people start to use Darkcoin for illicit activities. The alternative would be class actions by those that contributed to bounties. I'll take a look and see if there are any precedents - starting with the bitcoin foundation.
