edit: Actally, I suppose you mean just a regular wallet funded by the foundation, mixing when needed. It could work.
Cheap, simple, worth a shot... any mixing beats no mixing... and it might help encourage people to start using DS... A thread on Darkcointalk has need dedicated to this. Its mixing time.

Not sure its flare but there certainly is some testing going on with having multiple masternodes running off a single wallet (read it on DCT somewhere). I think this is what you are observing.

I think 10.16 only contained some fixes to sendmany that were requested by a few pools. Didn't hear of anything else going in. EDIT: Evan posted it on this thread at some point in the last week or so iirc

EDIT: Evan posted it on this thread at some point in the last week or so iirc It's not send many but "start many (MasterNode) : (The corection of send many was 10.14.2 if I remember...)
The only differences between 0.10.15.13 and 0.10.16.0 are - an additional "masternode start-many" command, which supports starting multiple masternodes without having to split the 1000DRK to distinct wallets. - improved masternode list caching (input age cache)
What is the point of "start many"? One can more easily take profit from holding lots of darkcoins, but having different addresses and different servers looks more stronger for darksend, even though that servers have one owner, isn't it?
