I just downloaded and installed Potcoin wallet-qt for windows and is says 9 weeks behind, no block source available... is this a problem?
I think there was a mention about d ns servers a few pages back and that they were working on it or something. Read back early 130s late 120s i think you will find it. Potcoin the user mentioned it maybe you ca search his posts.

Go to your appdata folder for potcoin, create potcoin.conf and add the following from the OP- addnode=162.243.214.135 addnode=213.95.21.24 addnode=88.198.110.120 addnode=91.121.85.62 addnode=188.226.135.210 addnode=162.243.227.221 addnode=5.255.66.44 addnode=23.253.70.235 addnode=162.243.224.78 addnode=172.245.21.210 addnode=162.242.156.243 addnode=209.141.39.184 addnode=23.253.74.25 addnode=23.21.136.204 Save and restart the wallet.

OK, Cryptsy, hmmmmmm let me look at the price after 1 day of trading there (well almost 1 day of trading): 1301. We were trading at around a steady 1450 to 1500 before. You think we are going to stop going down from 1301. Nope, the whales are going to take us down. Thanks to all of you who voted on getting us on Cryptsy. Our only way out of this is a huge marketing blitz.

Eventually yes you want to be on all the big exchanges but there is such a thing as too soon. When the coin was added to mintpal it stopped its rising momentum dead in its tracks, then it gets added to cryptsy and it drops again. Do we see a pattern here folks?? The people pushing for everyone to vote are the people with a ton of coin that they want to dump.

The people pushing for everyone to vote are the people with a ton of coin that they want to dump. One way to solve this issue is to raise the mining difficulty. I remember just 2 weeks ago there were just 48 million outstanding, now its 52 million. More miners are noticing the coin. If we raise the difficulty, it would begin to slow down the amount of coins pushed into circulation and cause most miners to mine some where else if its not profitable. We don't need more miners and we don't need a flood of coins in circulation. On a positive note, the Dev's are doing an outstanding job running the business. I feel in 6-12 months, we will be looking bitcoin in the eye.

The people pushing for everyone to vote are the people with a ton of coin that they want to dump. A lot of it has to do with the state of bitcoin. Lots of people want to be in fiat right now and are expecting btc to test $500 and maybe even lower. Every time this happens people unload alts so they can get fiat make more bitcoin then move back in to alt. There was almost no momentum for any coins yesterday. I expected POT to hit 1000 satoshi again before being added to mintpal and cryptsy its stayed up longer than expected. I am hoping to pick up a few more 100k if it does.

so 240 million total coins? and 240 coins per block? Sounds lame. The halving of the coin seems like the in thing to do though lots of coins are jumping on that bandwagon. I'm going with no.
