Pool is finished: Any miners out there that cannot mine solo willing to help test?
Full disclosure: This is in beta, I'm sure there are bugs to work out. I will pay miners from my own funds to mine. Currently I will only be accepting miners with low hashrates. Once all of the kinks are worked out, I will gladly open this to the public.
Send request via PM.

Could you not create some sort of fixed tx fee using the address as a seed? As long as only you know how to decrypt and verify the tx fee relates to the address, couldn't you do that? It would be a separate wallet function rather than part of normal transactions.
I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean addresses from user A would always send tx with fee 0.00274657 and addresses from user B always with 0.00285739? so we can recognize the user? If so, problems are: - If users send their address before sending any coins, we can't identify it. - Users can uninstall and reinstall the wallet to fake being a new user, with a new fee seed. Finally, the wallet is open source, so anybody can decipher the algorithm. I don't think people would be willing to use a wallet unless it keeps being open source. Otherwise they can't be sure I'm not sending the private keys to myself. No, I'm not talking about a fixed tx fee. A seperate optional feature, lets say "Verify Mobile Address" that sends a tx fee from that address to the network from that address. Ok then, could you not generate the tx fee based on the hash of the current network block, or some other one-time event? Yes someone could always alter the source, but that would be a lot of effort to go to just to get a bit of PMC. Oh OK, I misunderstood you. That'd work to validate a mobile address. But users would need to have some PMC already to send that tx. And they could create several addresses and validate them all. They could, that's true. Perhaps a more practical approach would be building a faucet directly into the mobile wallet. Provided it was secure and had a server on the other end that couldn't be cheated out of PMC, that might be more practical.

Yes, maybe that's the best. So, solve a captcha and get some free m φ ? When I have some time, I'll make some research about security and I'll implement this on the Android Wallet. (no ETA at all yet) We all would need to donate and promote the mobile faucet. Let me know if anybody has a better idea, before implementing it.

Well, my only other suggestion would be doing some sort of 'work' to earn the PMC, rather than just a capture. Like voting for us on one of the exchanges? Even as a standalone feature that would be great. Anyway, I think a built in faucet would be great and would give users a great incentive to use it, as well as create some buzz. I will be more than happy to donate to the faucet.

kbroadfoot suggested me to create a PMC clone of bitaddress.org. I'm considering doing it. What do you think about this paper wallet? If you can create a better one, please let me know. It should have the same spaces for QR Codes and text as the original BTC one: http://imgur.com/jAzqSlZ

Can't we change this coin into a POS like NXT? tx will will go to the people who created the block which is from the POS like PPC. There will still be 500k max coin and there will be no need for us to feed the miners. And there will be a sense in keeping the coin as it is.
Bitcoin will not survive in 2140 as it is now, as evidenced by this experiment, with no additional/modified feature in this coin it will not get any attention. I think its time to move forward to the experiment. In the future, bitcoin community/dev will change something. Let us take the risk and predict that change in bitcoin into further future. It will make or break this coin but thats part of the risk. I am willing to risk all my PMC. Just saying.

I think it's too early to draw that conclusion, as we still require more volume and network traffic. An NXT model would make it an entirely different coin. I like PMC just the way it is. We just have to carry on going forward. The longer we keep going the better chance we'll have.

Having two different captures would be enough.

Any advice on the next PMC project I should work on? Currently, I am just thinking of creating a dedicated, professional quality store, built into the main website but with 3rd party services beginning to accept the coin, I'm not sure how much that would help.
Also, noticed the main website address is still forwarding to my subdomain. I'll go ahead and update this sometime today to include some of the new stuff and send credit the latest source.
