Looks like we have six votes for 3 and two votes for nothing.

If you want minimalistic, look at the wallet as it is now. It looks exactly like the bitcoin qt 4 wallet. Is that reeaaallly what you want? to look like every other wallet out there? At least we are setting ourselves apart.

We could go with a flat black background, but obviously that is less appealing to the eyeballs, and shows no class.
I'll put some more time into the wallet design later today.

I don't mind the look of the wallet as is, it's generally not something I sit and stare at as a thing of beauty, rather a place to get information about my coin.  But I'm a rather pragmatic individual so YMMV.  Now if we can do something like:

http://www.bitparticle.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/BitParticle-Alpha-6.png

I'd be totally on-board and donating btc.  As it is I doubt we have the cash to make that happen.

All though that wallet has more "features" it is graphically uncoordinated and not consistent.
Most likely we can outdo that wallet by utilizing our bounty funds in an efficient manner.
For example we can put up a bounty for someone to add the block explorer to the wallet, and another bounty to add QRcode support.
The code is all there for us, it just needs to be added to our wallet. None of these developers are recreating the wheel here.

Duly chastised...   Grin

I shall sit in the corner and eagerly await the ANN threads.

I like design 3 very much.

I'm just doubting between #3 and a minimalist one.

Well, due to the support for #3, I went with that one.
There is the question of tx fees which will need to be addressed at a later date.
Right now they are optional (0 by default) as there is no benefit in making them mandatory at this time other than to fight inflation. The rate of inflation is low and temporary so it doesn't really matter.

Right now I'm working with the developer and concentrating on getting our wallet looking good so as to be more appealing for newcomers.
New blockchain is up and lonely.
All that's left to do is put up the swap ANN and start the process.
I'll get around to writing it soon (this weekend if nothing major comes up).
Then we can start the week off with our PMC swap.

Are there any nodes we can add to the wallet (PMP)?

Yes, although I don't see the value at this point:

Code:
server=1
listen=1
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
rpcport=17221
addnode=108.61.103.135

Don't forget to contact Poloniex about it, so that we get some publicity.

Hey everyone.

Got a chance to play with the new wallet, even mined some empty blocks... it works great.

But the addressing space is still wrong, so TMX is getting it recompiled and restarted so all the addresses will start with a 'P'

( It was A or 9 )...   then the ball starts to roll...

WE ARE ALMOST THERE!

All though not deathly important I think it is more professional as well.

After some testing we've figured it out and we've got the correct address schema now.
Hes got my new graphics as well so I'm just waiting on him to compile the new wallet.
I think he will be happy to get rid of us because I've been quite annoying  Grin

It's confusing when addresses do not start with the first letter of a coin's name. I like P.

Did you run this by Ecuamobi? He'll have to recode the mobile wallet to adjust for the new starting letter.

He should leave the PMC wallet the way it is... PMC won't actually be gone... PMP is a new coin...
Not everyone will trade all their PMC in I am expecting...

1 for 1...

500k for exchange + 500k more for more givaway.... AND, Nullu, we need YOUR help with the giveaway...
Also all PMC will not be exchanged, I am sure of it. So after the exchange period is over ( there will be plenty of time )
We all will decide what to do with the remaining PMP in the exchange batch.... destroy? Foundation? Charity? Or even give those away as well...

Sure, but my guess is he'll want to release a wallet for PMP too, which will need more effort (and particularly testing) if the first letter of addresses is different from BitCoin / PMC.
