Have a couple of rigs pointed to clevermining.  Rejects are anywhere between 5-20%, but if the whole pool is affected then I wouldn't mind since it should even out.  What I don't like is the supposed bitcoin per megahash rate listed at the top of the page since it only includes accepted shares & not your total mining power.

no idea how you have the patience to do so.  i was on clevermining for maybe 2 hours, and ran the fuck away from there.  rejects were so bad.

Hey guys, payment update.  Our withdrawals from last night and this morning went through a bit ago, but we have the same problem as a few days ago.  Essentially the amount withdrawn doesn't cover all of the new earnings since the withdrawal started.  So I've got another withdrawal pending now (I'm expecting it to take the normal 6-12 hours cryptsy is taking), and for now I'll do what I did last time, which is run payouts in order of longest time since payout.  I think this is probably going to become more of a standard thing due to the delays at cryptsy.  I know there was a bit of dislike to it last time, as it brings up the question "why did half the users get paid", but at least for the immediate future while we figure out how to get these withdrawals processed faster (I'll look into their new auto-withdrawal API), it does at least let us get some of the payments out to miners.  And as long as its done in a consistent manner, I don't think its a huge issue.

So the current plan, for the next few days (at least) is to pay out users as we have the funds.  Anyone over the threshold (0.01btc) will be eligible for payouts, and we'll select users who haven't been paid in the longest time first.  We'll pay out all of the funds we have at the time, and run another set of payouts every time a cryptsy deposit clears.  We'll likely be running them twice a day (we'll see).

This method will work nicely in the future as well assuming constant delays from cryptsy (I'm doubtful of them getting fixed), so we can make multiple requests throughout the day, and payouts as they come in.

just got my payment, thank you waffles

Proposal:  If Cryptsy pendings cause you to only have XX% of the BTC owed to pool members, then pay each pool member XX% of what is owed.  I think this is much fairer than paying some and not paying others.

I would be strongly against this... it makes accounting a pain in the ass.

Keep doing what you have been doing, poolwaffle.

Is there a way to put BTC in the Unconverted balances? Then the BTC held at Cryptsy could represent unwithdrawn BTC that are not eligible for distribution.

I would second this.  If we go to multiple payouts it's going to be difficult on our side to keep track of payouts and hence profitability - very easy for people to start complaining about 0.0004 BTC/MH payouts.  So long as I can check a miner and see its pending and paid for a 24 hour period I can keep up with the accounting on my side.

Paid, Pending Payout, Unconverted and Total.  Total is what I care about.  People may only look at paid in their BTC/MH calculations but I count it all so exchange problems don't spook me.

WAFFLEStats is down so I relied on the WafflePool stats page today.

MH (Avg)=28.16 MH
Hours=115.98
BTC/MH (Avg of 11 miners)=0.01022109
BTC/MH (Max of 11 miners)=0.01150922
BTC/MH (Min of 11 miners)=0.00976015

Trend=-3.23%  (calculated from last average)

Multiple payouts not that great, Curious about how some multipools manage and handle multiple exchanges..

I thought I saw someone said the whale had left but according to this he's back http://wafflepool.com/miner/14t8yB3PDGfZT3VppxMY4J9xiBaXUcZvKp.  A $60,147.45 payout for today - tried to trace it in the block chain but it appears to get divided up to small chunks over dozens of transactions all happening one after the other.  No idea whats going on there.

I did it for a little mining while when it first hit notoriety and the first GPU clients came out. But todays you will spend more much money in electricity generating the bitcoin than the bitcoin themselves are worth so unless you have some way to get free electricity it's just not worth doing it.
