I'm trying to place an order with btc but still am getting nowhere.  i used the "call us online" link and never was connected to anyone, tried email and haven't received a response, and tried calling the 855-663-2482 number only to go to a voicemail box.  If anyone from the company is monitoring this I'd like to get an order in, so please respond to my email or voicemail.  thanks.

Ken, fix the contact info on the website and the cs@virtualminingcorp.com address. You have people wanting to give you money that can't, and pissed off pre-order customers.

still waiting to hear back.  they dont seem to be too eager to sell any more units at this price...

That could be an expensive gamble to take? Mining in a datacentre in the US - I think the IRS would claim they are due their share and a year down the road we could be hit with a big tax bill?

Is there precedent for off-shore registered but domestically trading companies successfully avoiding tax in the US?

We will be using a CPA to do our taxes and we will be paying what we owe to our Uncle Sam.

Next week I will start transferring shares to CT so our investors can start trading.

Can I highly recommend using Cryptomex.io instead? They will be launching very soon.

Thank you for the update.  Good news and more detail than normal.
I'm very happy to hear we'll have control over our shares once again!

However, we are still waiting on 2013 financials.

Yes, I will be working with our CPA next week to get our books in order and pay any taxes that are due.

"THIS" is a bad idea.  CT is already up, running, and we are already set up and trading on it.

What about Havelock? I am not interested in selling my shares and getting out. I am interested in trading. Havelock already has several successful companies listed and a lot of daily traffic. The BTC is already there. They are established and organized and easy to use. If there is fear about an exchange closing, how is Havelock trusted less than Crypto-Trade or Cryptomex.io for that matter?

Edit: If we move over to Crypto-Trade, with such a limited user base, the share price after all this good news is going to mean very little except to the lucky few able to have their orders filled immediately. We would not have that problem on Havelock.

This is the kind of thing that needs to be fixed right now. Not tomorrow and really not next week. You really need to consider hiring someone to help out with these sorts of things.

Does any real contributor to the forum have a comment, this guy just runs around insulting everyone.

It's best to ignore trolls. The moderators of this thread try to delete non-productive or otherwise troll comments/users soon after they are posted. Please do not quote or engage them for the sake of ease of moderation (we prefer not to delete legitimate posts, but if they quote or engage with a known troll per the rules of the thread they will be deleted).

What's the point in fixing it if there's no one there to actually answer any emails (I've been trying to get anything out of them for 3 months)

Yeah, that's what I mean in regards to hiring someone. Though I thought he did say in a previous update that he had hired someone to help with customer service

@DeadwoodDan If you are going to call someone a scammer then please provide proof. I can safely assume that most of us are from the US. In this country it is the job of the accuser ( This would be you ) to prove the guilt of the defendant ( That would be Ken and the people he claims to work with). You have not done that and if you had proof then you would have provided it to the police and Ken would be in jail. You are basically claimimg your gut feeling of X/Y/Z proves he is a scammer or something to that effect at this point. If this is the case you are free to no longer participate in this company or thread anymore.

If you are waiting on your shares you have had plenty of time to contact authorities/get a lawyer which I can safely assume you haven't done because they would have definitely advised you to stay off the forum. So you might as well just sit back and relax, or contact authorities now.

You can also post some self righteous stuff about how you are trying to help the bitcoin community at large get rid of scammers which is all well and good. But please understand that the moderators will delete your post. It seems that it is unwarranted and unwanted.

  • Is that against the law? - No
  • Is it against the rules of this thread? - No
  • Is it against the wishes of the moderators who moderate this website? - No
  • Is it against the rules Theymos set in place for this website? - No

"Oh I just don't want people to invest in this scam company, I want to make Bitcoin better." - Go join the SEC and work through them to regulate crypto currencies in the USA better and get off your soap box or, just get off your soap box.

Believe it or not you don't have any right that guarantees your post will stay on this thread. Believe it or not if any one of the Moderators just does not like you and says one day "Fuck Deadwood Dan" then they have the right to delete your posts; all of them, no matter what. Unfortunately it is unfair and you will have to accept it.

If your response contains anything along the lines of a quote on this thread. That is not proof, that is a comment from some stranger who you do not know.
If your response contains anything along the lines of "Well he has the MSD down his back, or something to that effect" than you can sit back relax and get on with your life, they are more qualified and capable than you to handle this issue.

If your response contains ad hominem attacks I will accept those as you admitting that I am right and you can sit back relax and get on with your life.

You are more than welcome to bring up quality concerns though no one is going to delete them. You are free to post legitimate questions about the state of the company or the state of shares or the state of progress of any of the projects AMC might undergo in the future.

PS: I am not a moderator of this thread. I am a small investor in this thread. I do have doubts about the future of this company. I thought at one point this company was a scam but from Ken still being here (More dedicated than I could be to a bunch of strangers who have called not only my mental capabilities but insult me personally, I could not call him a scammer in good faith to myself). I am not saying this company is going to the moon, it could still fail. But I no longer think it is a scam. (Those are two different things btw). I also don't suggest anyone invest in this company without understanding the state of affairs this company has been through for the last 6+ months.

User DeadWoodDan is banned from posting in this thread.  If you quote him or other trolls in your posts they will be deleted.  Please don't as we then lose your valued contributions. DeadWoodDan had been banned previously however was given the benefit of the doubt and was invited to start contributing again.  Unfortunately he has dissapointed and is no longer welcome.
