http://www.blackcoin.co/mining/a-thank-you-from-the-blackcoinpool-blackcoin-devs/

A Thank You from the BlackCoinPool & BlackCoin Devs
by BlackCoin Team | Apr 12, 2014 | Mining | 0 comments
This Sunday we want to thank every miner and everyone else that supports BlackCoin with something special. We thought a bit about it and said: Let’s make Sunday the most profitable day on BlackCoinPool.com yet! How?
This Sunday, after Saturday’s payouts the new shift will start. This shift will be extra special since we will add at least 10,000 BC to the total payout sum. This means that if you mine on Sunday you are guaranteed to get some extra BlackCoins for your efforts. However, if we reach more than 5 GH/s average during the day we will add another 10,000 BC to the total payout sum, dividing 20,000 BC amongst the miners. And if we reach the magic 10 GH/s average we will add ANOTHER 10,000 BC, for a total of 30,000 BC added tot the total payout sum.
This is on top of the current bonusses already running and on top of the current hardware giveaway that is running!
So tell all your miner friends, this Sunday will be extra special on BlackCoinPool.com

Damnit why are you guys making me switch from X11 back to Scrypt. Stupid BlackCoin pool is too good!  Smiley

Cheesy Cheesy

I sent a ticket to BTCe begging for it to be added lol.

Well, as someone who has spent some time on there... I would guarantee that they are watching - but won't move until it's too late most likely.

After all you're talking about people who are still saying that DOGE will be gone in a week... and they've been saying that since the Olympics. Smiley

I think BTC-E would need some kind of "donation"

Has BTCe made some official statement on adding DOGE?

Nope... really as far as DOGE is concerned they think it's much less relevant than NVC or TRC apparently.  Roll Eyes

Agreed... they don't even have UTC on their exchange - and it's one of their moderators' coins. Smiley

They are definitely a pay-to-play operation - and the price of entry is probably not worth it.

If things with BC continue to develop as quickly and broadly as they have... I wouldn't be surprised to see MintPal go through the extra requirements to add USD/EUR down the road... and if there's one exchange that I would love to see become the new 'KING OF EXCHANGES' - they're the ones.

Friendly, fast, clean - great support that's basically almost never required... and they've already shown they are more than willing to give back to the coin and community that's been loyal to them.  I'd love to be able to use them for fiat trades as well as crypto-to-crypto trades.

Has BTCe made some official statement on adding DOGE?

Someone asked the admin in btc-e chat recently and he said "no". Check the trollboxarchive for it.

If BC ever reaches BTC-E then it's really time to rock the boat.

Just made the mistake of telling my wife that I had 75,000 blackcoin at one point before trading it all to mint =/

Trade it back man for god sake trade it back.
I know BTCe just added Yen and British pound, but when is the last time they added a new coin?

I've heard that BTC-e reviews a new coin addition in May AFAIK. BC needs to be higher in market cap I think.
But being in the top 10 already is a good sign and I think it might have a chance if BC can keep up till then.

The best way is to get them to notice BC and not the other way around.

Jup, exchanges are taking notice, we've experienced that first hand @ the NY conference.

Aye, BTC-e is weird, but seems pretty secure and entrenched. If we could get them to add BC after all of this time with NOTHING added, it would be an amazing coup...

If BTC-e is like that do we want to make bussiness with them ? If they add BC they will get money from fees, and we have to ask/beg them to do that ? lol Smiley

Anyway - would love to see mintpal usd/bc (not euro guys, we cant have euro, usd, jpy, pounds coz we will divide volume too and higher is much better)

Cryptsy would be ok too but i think they think we are too low for them. Personaly I would use BC/usd instead of BC/btc coz BTC sux nowadays

35BTC and growing  KEEP UP THE TRADES!!!

GOAL: >50BTC Volume on Prelude!!!

the lack of crapcoins is what makes BTCe so great. They're open to considering other coins but they will have very high standards when making final decisions

Believe it or not but it would actually be better not to become "big" on btce. Notice Litecoin - they are actually trying to move people AWAY from btce and onto a "less anonymous" exchange (because coinbase wont take litecoin until litecoin has big volume on a not-anonymous exchange). Even the litecoin subreddit has taken btce off their siderbar.

HOWEVER.

In terms of the speculative price of Blackcoin it would be amazing and would give us lots of pumps I am sure,

And WE need to justify OUR existence on their exchange?!?!?!?

Total Agree! I did some traiding there, but in reality THEY have to come to US!  Cool

Does sound a bit like extortion. And then what when the day is over and volume dries up again? More demands? I hope they offered up some good terms.
