Have done many deals in the past with members on the forum (Check out EarthCoin forum as that's where most of my deals have been, I was also by far the biggest seller for Earthazaar.com). With all due respect let me be the first to stop. I am not a participant/contributor in your plan so time to stop criticizing your plan, if you succeed we all succeed and profit and can learn from it.

The conference call on Thurs was good and if this Wall street thing shows up on CNN then this post will be very upbeat I bet.

5th line from the top 800 000 balance column 2014-03-29 07:58:23 200003.14464116 800006.25464116 BC edit: posted that when reading several pages back.. no intention to discredit anyone.....but according to that chain at some point in march the account was worth 800K...now it's 411K or so.. I see that in positive eye as the person who owns it should technically work for BC to increase in value with the exception of ''inside'' info that facilitates the manipulations |

I would really like to understand this if i'm wrong..:seriously:... |

The conflict of interest is that, you (and the others) being board members of the proposed "Foundation" and therefore privy to inside information of all kinds, would of course have a serious conflict of interest since you are invested in the coin and could (would) act on that information to either buy or sell the coins with an unfair advantage. I am pretty sure you are aware of the laws that prevent such things to happen -or are designed to- in the real world, so surely you also see that inevitable conflict of interests, don't you?

It's possible. I can't discredit the notion. But the foundation itself started as a group of investors who pledged to each other that they would hold and build a better coin. It's sort of like going to reddit.com/r/bitcoin and calling it inside information. It's really just a bunch of excited people trying to promote an idea.. The only inside information we have is that we are trying really hard to make our holdings worth more. That's about the only way I could address that. I mean if you think it out there aren't that many examples of things we could take advantage of. Unless we were actively trying to pump and dump the coin and manipulate prices, but if this was another pump and dump group we certainly wouldn't be paying for a PR firm, or addressing community concerns... I can't convince you to trust us, only our actions can.. I hope this helps. |

It took me some time to realize how it works when I saw this for the first time. Basically it would be less confusing if blockchain explorer would list "ins" of transaction first (399999.98) which means moving 399999.98 out of that address to perform staking and then it should list "outs" of transaction which is moving 200003.13 and 200003.14464116 back to that address from staking (and it already includes mined coins). |
